I agree the center is beautiful however it is priced to exclude a huge chunk of people that could really benefit from their services. Sentara is the hospital to a majority of Hampton Roads. Sentara Fitness has said that the group they are targeting is 40-70 years old with income of 75,000.00 and up. They treat us for many ailments high blood pressure, etc. The little discount is a joke and Sentara should be ashamed. It is no better proof that Hampton Roads plays the exclusivity game intended to benefit only those that can afford to hell with being based on needs. The average person living in the area cant afford this but they really do need the services like this that can help them improve their health. Im so glad I moved away because this city will never change it will always be a city that cares nothing for those in need. Sentara doctors tell patients to improve their health by walking, exercise, etc. and they hv the best facility that is able to help so many. Its bad enough the average person cant afford the high rental prices now just add on health services. The city that only caters to one segment of society..

Ive died and gone to gym heaven!! This is by far the best in the area and trust me, Ive tried all the gyms out in this area. Its a bit pricey compared to other gyms in the area but you will see why it cost a little bit more a month. I believe it is worth every penny since I spend up to five to six days a week, two to three hours a day in the gym. If you spend less time at the gym, than this isnt the gym for you; there are much cheaper and still very nice gyms in the area but if you are going to be living there like I do, this is the gym for you.

Best gym ever!! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This gym offers towel, lockers, hair dryer... and anything you can think is necessary to keep your belongings secure and take a shower if needed. For me, the classes are the best. There are variety of classes, from weight to cardio to endurance to yoga and others. This is the best gym I have ever been part of.
