I really like this office, love the doctors. I had one issue, moved, and have not been back since so what I am about to say could have been corrected. I directed my boyfriend to go there for his DOT phys. 4 years ago. He does not have insurance. They charged him $500. I didn’t know much about insurance or how much this should have cost without it, but that seemed high. I called around later and the most expensive place I could find was $109.00 for a DOT phys. $30 most places, even without insurance! Now I know $500 was an insane amount to charge. That wasn’t the only problem. For the hearing test a woman stood down the hall from him and said "I will be doing colors, let me know what color I am saying" she whispers "blue", "red".....my boyfriend was like....what kind of hearing test is this!? He just laughed about it because he is a good guy. Dropped $500, came out to the car and told me and we just laughed-what a joke of a test! And for that price!?

I am saddened and disappointed with the lack of kindness and compassion on the part of emergency calls after hours and understanding of my conditions by your PA. I received good medical care the few times i had appointments with your more experienced M.Ds. Lack of following up with a phone call till I call again etc.In all of my 54 years of experiences with medical doctors and nurses I have NEVER been so misunderstood and mistreated when I am struggling with severe symptoms of insomnia. How I wish this would NOT have been my experience.

Worst family pracrice that I have ever gone to. Nothing is resolved on the first visit. Usually takes about 3 visits and 2 doctors before they treat you for the correct issue. If you want a doctor to say a prayer for you then you have the right practice . But if you are looking to be healed in a timely convenient manner then please DO NOT CALL THIS PRACTICE!!or a true

Seems like more often than not; it will take several appointments with several different doctors before you can expect to receive any "treatment." -Which by this point the treatment usually doesnt outweigh the burden of dealing with them in the first place. Wont be returning after ~25 yrs.

Repeatedly running very late, often getting my information wrong, losing information, and miss scheduling my doctors appointments. Repeating these mistakes often. It is not uncommon for me to come in with an appointment and still be waiting in the waiting room for an hour.

I was a student here and I learned so much and they were very patient and carign. they are christian based and thats awesome. they truly care about there staff and there patients and I wish I could stay. I live an hour and a half away and I am willing to become a patient!
