I can say, without reservation, that West Cecil Health Center is the worst health care facility in Cecil County. I have had YEARS of poor treatment, and I would encourage anyone considering this establishment for medical care to go elsewhere. My most recent experience with West Cecil Health Center, they lost my fiancés appointment. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN. I called less than 24 hours ago and made the appointment. Their reply upon his arrival "They had no record". Did they make it right? No! They wanted to know who I spoke with, she didnt give it me her name (you know because theyre SO professional). I didnt know that I would need her name, a password, and the blood of a virgin for him to be seen at HIS SCHEDULED appointment. Furthermore, why not look it up? I called at 12:38, who was working? Hold them accountable. Mistakes can be made, were all human, but take ownership! Make it right! Additional experiences: 1. The dental office told my brother that he had 7 cavities. Fixed a tooth that wasnt bothering him, rather than the initial tooth that was causing him discomfort. Then, the tooth that they "fixed", started to hurt. At that point we got a second opinion. The new dentist fixed everything in less than 45 minutes, and said he could only find 3 cavities. West Cecil Health Center, was planning on taking months to treat. REALLY!? Scam?? 2. Once after hiking my knees became swollen, and they recommend X-rays. OK, no problem. However they NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called for two weeks trying to get an answer, because personally my knees are quite valuable, and I wanted to get to the bottom of the swollen knee mystery. Finally someone told me it was water on the knee. OK thats nice, why!? There was never a follow up, never concern, never anything except a hard time! I could continue, but I physically can not give anymore of my time and aggravation to West Cecil Health Center. West Cecil Health Center is terrible. DO NOT GO THERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GAS, OR SANITY.

Really good for a health center in this nowheresville of Cecil-tucky. They now have a Quest lab too! Modern facilities thanks to your tax dollars, nice computerized system too. Ruth is fantastic! She is very thorough as well! Folks on this side of the river..hmm..maybe dont realize how good this place can be...

I havent had trouble wirh the workers, but trying to get in touch with anyone has been very hard. The phone. system is ridiculous and trying to send an email is even harder. They should have given me another appointment....they didnt and now I have to play games to get in touch with them.

Went in for the first of three visits for the placement of a crown. It went amazingly well! They worked with me and one of the techs, Tina, actually held my hand! I couldnt believe it. I almost began crying because of how suprised I was by the professionalism and respect.

They have some great doctors and good staff, the phone system sucks, automated no mans land. Very hard to get appointments, very hard to talk to a real person. The phone automation is very disappointing.

Ive called 4 times today to make an appointment and no one is answered. They arent making Appointments until the middle of next month! How is this sick care?!

Terrible! Awful! Horrendous! Appointment was at 8:15 am - we didnt get out of there til 11:25. The staff was rude. Not returning for any reason.
