listen, this is a mental health facility and the doctors and staff are really friendly but im not sure if theyre just stupid when it comes to scheduling or whatever but ive had them schedule two appointments in the past 5 months that ended up getting rescheduled because the doctor "isnt going to be in town." as if they shouldnt have known if the doctor was going away before they scheduled appointments, but then they wont make your makeup appointment until a month later which is very inconvenient if youre trying to find a stable medication. this, plus when i called the nurse multiple times for a medication refill since i wont be seeing the doctor til next month, they never got back to me. i understand perhaps a slip the first time but there have been multiple phone calls. again, since this is a mental health doctor you think theyd be more worried about their patients dropping off their medication. whatever, doctors know best

Dr herman was greater than Ive ever imagined. The receptionist was somewhat slow when coming up to the door. but to my conclusion. People cant wait 1 hour to see a doctor thats thats about the same time it takes at Hershey medical hospital appointment not surgery. If you dont want to wait longer than a hour go to McDonalds or best buy to kill time. Dont blame the doctor when hes on time. to see YOU!!!! OBVIOUSLY PEOPLE ARE RUDE TOWARD WAITING. When people in third world countries have to wait a year to get help. Its sad to think people slam devices when they lost a game or cuss when someone doesnt respond right... in both cases it breaks something. so next time you want to blame a company look it from both sides.... and speak calmly to people. To make America great again...

Took my son here and waited for an hour for the therapist to show up . Therapist informed me that he will send over paperwork to Philhaven for further evaluation and I would have to wait for a phone call from them in a week. 3 weeks passed. I call philhaven asking if they ever recieved my sons paperwork. They never recieved it .

It can take awhile to get an appointment because they schedule out, but theyve taken good care of my. Dr. Beaver is really cool and done to earth.
