I have tried this associates on multiple times. The first time I was with them, unfortunately I was suicidal on Easter Sunday so I called the on call doctor. Which turned out to be the owner of the practice. He called me back by that time I was hysterically crying. He said to me look go to the er because I an in Chicago, and it is raining plus my cell phone is dying so I dont have time to talk to a crying woman that I cant understand. That was my first experience with them. I swore I would never go back to them but when I had found the one NP that fit with me and I felt comfortable with she was at another practice but then moved to Hampton mental health associates. I was really worried about going back there but I didnt want to lose my NP. I have been with the same NP for over 12 years. She ended up leaving the practice for reasons unknown to me. They told me that they have assigned her patients to another doctor, I told them I did not want another doctor I want to follow my Np. They refused to give me her forwarding address because that would cause a loss of revenue for them well they have lost it regardless, because my health is more important then their revenue. And I will find her one way or another..if it takes a lawyer to get the information that is what I will do

These people are completely unqualified and unprofessional. A cashier at Home Depot would had probably have had more insight. They only made my problem worse and I wouldnt give them another dime or even the satisfaction of direct eye contact. This whole practice is quackery at its most disgusting. I would recommend talking to a random janitor or fry cook - your time would be much better spent. It kills me I have to give them an entire 1 star because they deserve about a -4. Good luck folks!

I saw E. Williams once. This woman insulted me and was completely unprofessional. I shared very personal experiences in my life and she passed judgement. Nothing about my experience with her was helpful in any way. I gained nothing positive from seeing her. Thank God that I was not suffering from depression or anxiety prior to my visit at this office. Do your research, this woman was incompetent.

Unless you have absolutely no other choice, DO NOT come here. They are unprofessional, do not return phone calls, and make it difficult to get copies of your records. You will wait for at least an hour past your appointment time and be rushed through an appointment in less than 5 minutes. And dont you dare ask any questions about your medication or how/why they are billing you for services.

I was supposed to come in for my first visit but would be a few minutes late. Was told they couldnt reschedule my appointment. I asked what I could do. They told me I had to go somewhere else. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional. How can you be a mental health center when you turn away your patients? Please do not waste your time. I would give a 0 star if I could.

have been with Hampton Mental Health for 3 years. Cant say enough good things about them. Professional staff all around. All have been very helpful and kind. I have never felt better about things. Highly recommend. My therapist E. Williams is awesome. Just keep in mind not every therapist fits every person, you have to find the one that fits you

I like my Dr. She listens to my problems and is understanding. But the staff that makes appointments and answers the phone are not very nice. They act like they dont want to be there or talk to you.
