I dont recommend this location, my mother was told she was sick with a flu and that she should go home and it will get better. My mother who was familiar with her symtops told attending physician "Kerry S. McCarney" she was going to go to ER because that she did not believe she had a flu due to severe coughing she was having. Kerry S.McCarney did not recommend to go to ER for flu symptoms. My mother got worst by end of the day and went to ER where she found out she has pneumonia and respitory infection. If my mother did not pay attention to her symptoms and stayed home her pneumonia would of been a viral pneumonia. I usually dont write rivews but I think its important that when it comes to healthcare people get the correct treatment.

Was really sick with a rash, they insisted I have blood work done to rule out anything like shingles or immune disorders. At first they didnt submit my insurance with the blood work and then they put just the diagnosis as obesity when I clearly was not there because of obesity but because I was INCREDIBLY SICK. They confused my primary care physician with their "findings" and insurance doesnt cover the diagnosis code they provided. If you come here, be prepared to do a lot of paperwork and phone calls to fix whatever mistake they make. Stick to patient first.

Took my daughter there and was in and out in less then thirty minutes. They were great with my teenager, check in was a breeze and actually really fast, great with me and my questions, diagnosed her after performing the tests they needed, great bedside manner, followed up with a call to see how she was doing... I was honestly please with the service and will be going there whenever needed. Great job to Medstar Prompt Care in Belcamp/Riverside, u all r great

Treated my entire family as if we were their very own. My children needed sports physicals, unable to schedule timely appointments w/their pediatrician and the staff handled all 3 children carefully & professionally. MA & PA were professional, caring also. Children were seen rapidly. Figured since physicals were for sports they would be very basic yet were completely thorough head-to-toe examinations at a very reasonable low cost

My daughter was diagnosed with the flu. She also had a very rapid heartbeat. The PA only spent 2 min examining and consulting. She left the exam room so quickly I never had the opportunity to ask questions. I left there feeling very worried and concerned. There were only 2 patients ahead of us and we waited an hour and a half for a 2 min exam. The entire experience was disappointing. Wont be returning.

2 people In front of me. I do the online sign in. No wait "". Hahaha sure. One hour before I finally get called back. Then waiting in the room for 2 hours. The my litterally almost locked the doors and left me inside. Last time ever. Please dont waste your time !!!
