Worst customer care and service in the entire world! These jack wagons are a joke. I tried to deal with them on a mobility scooter for my mother and it was awful, they wanted me to do all their work. Then my husband was diagnosed with sleep apena, and they are the only game in town for a machine, or so it appears. The doctor sent his order over and told us about 4 days, 10 days later I called and was meet with a truck load of excuses. I ask to speak with the owner, who gave me beautiful words on how hard they work to keep their customers happy. I called today to find out about a download for the doctors office on the machine, they requested a month ago, and ole girl started out by placing blame on the doctors office, then ask who the doctor was and the patients name. I gave her the information and she asked me 2 more times for the information. We hung up and it wasnt 5 minutes later she called me back for the doctors name, office location, I gave her their phone number and she asked for their fax number as well! GRRRRRR, Im going to search other companies in the area that does sleep apena machines.

I had a flat tire on my wheelchair. When I purchased my chair I asked them about what to do if I get a flat regarding replacements. I was told I could call them from any state and they would be shipped to me. I called them over 2 weeks ago and was told I need a RX for the tires and would have to get it approved through my insurance. In the meantime I had to go buy 2 bicycle tires because of my flat. I called them today to find out what is going on and when I am going to get my new tires. They said it just arrived today. I asked why it wasnt shipped to me like it should of been. For some reason they werent able to ship from the manufacturer but they said it would be in the mail today...really???? I have no choice but to wait and see if this is true. I do not recommend this company for your medical supplies. They take forever to get them to you. So disappointed

This place is a joke. Not only did I have to wait 3+ weeks to get my 11 year old child a CPAP machine, I had to call and demand an appointment after they had the referral and approval letter from the insurance company. The "education" appointment was also a joke come to find out. I received a collection letter in the mail because they "didnt have a correct address" for some rental fee that was not explained to me during the initial process. I never even received the first bill. They said it was due to my address change, but I spoke to someone a couple of months ago to change it and when I went to verify it, it was correct in their records. I requested to speak to a manager and was told I could leave a message with the person I was talking to as it was not their protocol to transfer calls. Seriously? Again, this company is an absolute joke. Avoid them if you can.

My father is on oxygen 24-7. The doctors office suggested ABC Healthcare for oxygen at home. What a joke this company has been! They refuse to deliver oxygen when he needs it. They claim they only deliver oxygen once a quarter. We have had to do all the work. They proceeded to tell us when picking up new tanks that they were out of the large mobile tanks! How does this company "run" out of oxygen tanks?!!! My dad hasnt been able to go to work for almost 3 weeks now because theyou cant get their crappie together! We will be looking for a new company and making formal complaints with our insurance company. Hopefully we will never have to use them again!!!

Malfunctioning CPAP; to fix the problem I received a worse functioning machine. Next fix?? Yet another! malfunctioning machine!! Oh, but the company says that it would be "impossible" for that to happen...so, they refuse to test it to verify. Im STUCK with it. So, I have a machine I cant use because it "causes" my heartbeat to become irregular while I use it, it also causes me to waken due to forcing me to breathe quickly. Panting. Lovely...Oh! but dont bother ABC Health Care! Theyll fuss at you, seriously-they actually scolded me for coming in with this issue. They REFUSED to check the CPAP machine!!

This used to be a decent company. Now its mediocre. They started making automated computerized calls to harass you about getting replacement parts. Even though I punched "no" the first time, they keep calling me. They wont take you off the list. You call and theres no option for customer service so you just punch a number and get whomever. Then I got the run around from 5 people and no results. Ill probably have to go there in person to remedy this.

Absolutely a useless company. I have had nothing but trouble getting supplies the entire year I used them. Called in March to get new supplies, never received anything, called back about a month later and same thing, and finally after almost three months received my order after being told it was sitting the office waiting to go out. Did another order online in December and still have received nothing. Needless to say I dropped them.

If I could give zero stars I would. They dont even have an option on phone number for customer service. They pass you around like theres no such thing as cross training. They dont keep accurate billing records. Customer service is horrible. Use HB Rehab. They are the best and they deliver same day if you call early enough.

No issues. Been getting supplies from them for over a year. They call me when Im due for replacement parts. The initial appointment only took an hour and the employees were helpful. Again I was skeptical from reading these reviews but no problems yet!

They are terrible at bookkeeping. They charge late fees and threat collections when I have record of them cashing the checks that I sent to them. Takes them FOREVER to sort out their mess, please use another company if possible

The people are lovely, the service, not so much. If you need breathing equipment, I suggest you go elsewhere. There is at least a two week wait after you call, so call early.

They answer the phone only to hang it up without saying anything. Cannot get a hold of anyone concerning an order that was placed over 3 weeks ago. Extremely upset!!
