The nurses are very nice, but the receptionist is very rude, after being told by a nurse to make an appointment, the receptionist told to call them back even though i was standing right there because she was, "busy". The dr. Is very rude everytime i go i get the same lady, and im hoping that one day ill get another person.i have been made to feel like my health was very bad, the improvments i had made were admisable and although i waant there for a health check up thats all the dr could talk about. Thank god for the nurses or i think they would barely get any customer.

I called this morning to get some information and whoever was answering the phone was really rude. I hung up the phone with really negative feelings about this place. Made my day in the negative way. Will never go to this place and will make sure that whomever I know will tell them to do the same. You need to be positive and professional, that is your job, you getting paid for it.

The nurses are fantastic. The security detail friendly. Good luck getting past the receptionist to be seen. We waited for 2 hours until finally a nurse noticed wed been there a long time. Within 5 minutes we were called back. Exceptionally caring nurses who helped my toddler get up to date on shots.

Went to the one near Wards Corner. Been their twice before. My job requires a TB test annually. They receptionist was rude, stated I need a letter from my employer. Tried to explain that Im a contractor. I wont darken their door again.

Took my niece for a pregnancy test who is 19 yes old n the receptionist was rude asking if her mom knows. Not a place to go. No name tags are shown so u cant even complain. They need NEW workers that ARE WILLING TO HELP!

BORN AGAIN

I hate this place. I went to get a copy of my fathers death certificate the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She needs to get fired. So unprofessional
