After over a decade of lots of exercise and not enough stretching, followed by 4 years of desk work, my neck, back, shoulders, and chest bothered me so much that I sought out a Chiropractor. Dr. Abosh was very helpful in quickly identifying some things that I could do to reduce the pain and prevent it from reoccurring. I went through dry needling (targeted acupuncture, not as bad as it sounds), physical therapy, stretches, electro-stim, and got adjusted once per week for about 3 months. After about three weeks the pain was reduced to half and after about 5 it was completely gone. Since I finished my treatment, my pain is gone and has not returned, my chest and shoulder mobility has increased, and the weight that I lift in the gym has gone up. Dr. Abosh really loves what he does and it doesnt take long to realize that. I highly recommend him.

GOOD: Friendly staff, great location, knowledgeable doctors (Dr. Abosh), clean and serviceable equipment. The treatment provided temporary relief and was very relaxing. BAD: I was looking to get back to an athletic lifestyle and this place wasnt for me. I was given fairly generic lower back exercises to correct a lower back injury. I would receive a chiropractic adjustment, get ice and TENS treatment and sit in a massage chair. While I enjoyed that, my condition improved slightly and then plateaued. I did not feel like my condition would improve to the point of performing athletic activities. OVERALL: Consider your goals prior to attending. For my goals, I required more personalized treatment and a focus on athletics.

Dr. Abosh and his team at White Marsh Health & Wellness operate one of the best chiropractic and rehabilitation treatment centers in the greater Baltimore area. It is a modern facility with experienced doctors and physical therapists. The staff is professional and courteous. Their computerized system for patient appointments and notifications is second to none. I wouldnt hesitate to refer family, friends or clients to White Marsh Health & Wellness.
