NO common courtesy, lack of communication, very rude, NO social skills...HORRIBLE! The Quincy office, has a very rude, impatient, and ignorant lady answering the phone. She is difficult to understand because of her foreign accent, but the worst part is her attitude and lack of communication skills! Not only did she seem angry and bitter but she spoke demeaning towards me, after I called the wrong number and tried to explain that the automated phone call service they have set up for confirming/canceling appointments directed me to her, not me! The Weymouth, MA office is no better at all! The first day I went there, I waited over two hours for my appointment, which I had arrived at early to fill out paperwork (they told me to)! The lady and man at the desk never said one word to me! I had to go up to the desk and ask if they had forgotten I was there, or if the doctor knew. Tell me why a half hour(hour maximum) appointment takes that long! Despite having been treated poorly by staff at the front desk, the doctor herself apologized for the long wait, and was very polite and kind. After this, my next appointment I had to cancel due to illness. I had called (Weymouth) and a lady answering the phone, was just as bad as the lady in Quincy! Avoid NOVA!

Just terrible. Took weeks to get hold of a live person. Eventually was screened. Couple more weeks till i managed to see MD. He was nice. However, these people do NOT care about their patients... I had to cancel an appointment with my new therapist, held up at work. APT was at 9am. Mistake. Office does not open till 9am. Could not reach anyone, could not leave a message. Got through eventually at 10:05am to V/M. Asked someone to call me back. No-one bothered Cane to my return apt with md. Gaf been cancelled as i was deemed a NO show... Just outrageous. I really need SUPPORTIVE help. These guys aggressively kick you to the kirb... Just because some people are no show does not mean we are all like that. I cried all night. I have waited for weeks for help, Now i have no one. I started a new med for 2 wks, if course now i have no doctor no medication, abd actually 100% worse than when i started this process. Absolutely hopeless. Thanks Nova. Just completely incompetent.

Followed someone from another practice. Got hung up on 3 times by the front desk before I could even get a word out while just trying to reach someone to make an appointment. Then was told the day of my first appointment she left the week before, which was a lie to cover for her being fired that very day. No warning, just a call that day saying you cant come in for your appointment sorry for the inconvenience but we can get you in with someone else next week. This is a treatment center for mental illness, youd think they understood the importance of trust, responsibility, preparedness, stability, and professionalism but they dont. Not worth the follow up with someone else.

My experience with nova has been quite exceptional .. both my Dr and therapist have been super supportive, they have been patient with my tardiness ( unlike MOST) and work closely together in helping me reach my short and long term goals... Im by far the easiest patient in fact, im actually alot of work lol! Im just being honest . Im a work on progress and I do feel as though they see this as well and is why im still a patient here a year later , most places give the boot when having to resched, tardiness etc.. i think if your serious about self care and are making effort in doing so or not sure where too start, i highly recommend Nova

This has to be the worst place on earth they have the rudest ppl working there that dont care about anything but there next meal they dont care about there patients its a scam I was there for 2 years it was great at the start but at the end I was provoked to explode witch made them let me go , they wanted me out just like wen my 2 counclers spoke up they were termanated on spot like I was so good luck NOVA wont be to much longer till your buisness is terminated ,

The staff is rude and abusive. Refused to give an emergency refill medication, despite doctors orders. "Scott" hung up on me in the worst case of lack of professionalism that Ive ever been subjected to. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. This is how they treat you after being a patient for 10 years. Imagine how they treat new patients.

Dr. Gagarin is all business. He wants whats best for the patient and has great explanation for his decisions in my care. I trust him. I recommend him to others. Also, I never have to wait when I go to this office, which is a plus for someone whos busy.

Very unprofessional female faculty. One of them sits n texts my boyfriend all hours of the night n sending him photos which I find inappropriate n as a therapist she causing him to be accused of having an affair now. Not much helping him at that note
