Not thorough with my condition at all, I came here for a quick diagnosis to figure out why I had pain in my mouth and could not eat. We ran a strep test which failed, and that was pretty much it. The doctor came in and I seen him for literally 3 minutes. He prescribed me antibiotics which would have actually made my condition worse. I went to the Lahey ER Im Beverly the next day and the first nurse I seen, accurately diagnosed my condition which was a yeast infection. This can cause burning mouth syndrome, oral thrush, and other pains in your mouth. I was prescribed fluconazole, which helped cure my condition within 3 days. Unfortunately I would not recommend coming here, unless you need a quick checkup for something simple like a cold or flu. Not only did it take over an hour, I was not diagnosed properly and let go with a prescription that wouldnt have helped me. The overall office was clean and contained some good equipment, a lot of seats in the waiting area, friendly staff, and this was my first visit so I can understand the long wait with registration and everything else.

Went there for a drug test for my job. Being responsible, I came already having to pee like you should because you are usually in and out of there. I waited over an hour to just pee in a damn cup. I told the girl at the front I had to pee very badly and she kept telling me not much longer every time I asked. OVER AN HOUR LATER I get the cup. She says "theyre setting up" .... SETTING UP WHAT!!?? all I did was pee in a friggen cup. This woman was so rude and the doctors and nurses aids were just standing around in the lobby talking about their personal lives. ANY ONE of them could have taken me back so I could get the cup and go. This place is terrible. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was seen no more than 20minutes after arriving which for any doctors office is wonderful. It was Labor Day and everywhere was closed, I had work the next day and wanted to know if I could go or not. Fortunately if you have health insurance, they only charge you a copay which is excellent. All of the staff is very friendly, the doctor I had was very honest and didnt jump to drugging me which I truly appreciate. He told me I had a chest infection and that I could take antibiotics but they wouldnt make me any healthier any faster. Too many doctors jumped to drugs. Over all great experience.

I have some respiratory illness and have been fatigued for days. My doctor in Boston wanted a throat culture but I didnt want to go into Boston. Checked with my insurance, which covers AFC Urgent Care - never knew that! Friendly and efficient staff, clean and modern facility. Figured I would need to wait and wait I did, but only about 20 mins. in waiting room. After strep culture was done I waited another 45 mins or so but I was comfy on exam table watching HGTV. Dr. was personable, experienced and did not seem in a hurry. Got all my questions answered. Would definitely go there again.

I was going to give this place 1 star, but the majority of the employees were very nice and professional. Aside from one, who I dont even know if she still works here, but her name is mentioned multiple times in other reviews. She is grossly unprofessional and absolutely does not know how to do her job. I had a very unpleasant experience with her that went beyond her just being rude, she was incompetent. Her inability is a hazard and if anyone decides to go here, do not get put with her doing your procedure.

If you want to wait hours just to get a drug test done then this is the place to go. I had 2 days to get it done so I showed up a fay before the deadline and they told me I couldnt get it done because the sraff member who does it had gone home early for the day. I showed up the next day and it took an hour just to get it done only to find out that the deadline of my drug test was at 5pm and it was 515pm.. if I didnt wait so long I would have made it in time. They are unhelpful and unproffesional

Worst experience ever. I think he forgot to take his medical oath cause it doesnt seem like he wants to help anyone. My nephew got a small cut on his forehead and just need some clean up. I called in advance to see if they work on infants and they told me to come on down. When I got there they made me fill out all the documents but they suddenly the doctor comes out and tells his secetary to tell us he cant do it no more. Such a waste of time. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Went to urgent care when my daughters pediatricians office hadnt called back after 2 phone calls. She was sick and miserable and NEEDED to be seen. We were in and out of there in half hour, checked, swabbed (thanks Deanna for your patience) and diagnosed. Im SO happy I took her there to be seen and will recommend Urgent Care to anyone who will listen for "urgent care". Deanna and Melissa were fantastic with an anxious teenage girl. Theyre lucky to have you two!

The service was great from the moment I arrived until the time I left. The staff was most attentive, caring and not rushed. The PA took her time, explained and shared her feelings. She was thorough and answered all my questions. The facility was very clean, comfortable and spacious. A TV was available, which was a great distraction. I have been to this Urgent Cste facility before and I would return and recommmend you go here. Thank you!

I went to urgent care after having a urine test from a lab at the hospital who told me I did not have a UTI I knew I did so I went to urgent care they saw me very quickly did the urinalysis found out I had a UTI put me on antibiotics and sent my earring out for a culture I was in and out in an hour They were very polite very helpful sent my prescription out to be filled I was very happy with them I would recommend urgent care in Saugus

There is a large waiting area with plenty of seats and personal space. They have flat screens in the patient rooms as well as the waiting area. There were surgical masks available in the waiting area just in case you wanted to protect yourself from any germy patients that may be waiting. There was homemade cookies available as well. The bathroom was very clean and the entire staff was polite, helpful, and prompt. I would gladly return.

Came here to have a work injury looked at and while they said they do process workers comp cases, they refused to fill out any of the forms required by my work. The receptionist said they would only fill out their own generic form and that there was no way the doctor would fill out the 2 page assessment required by my work. Very helpful. They suggested I go somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.

Personable yet professional staff. Quickly seen and treated. More convenient than making an appointment for my primary care doctor or having to wait forever in a costly emergency room for a non-emergency but still significant health issue/problem. Totally affordable using my regular insurance. Love having this convenient, accessible, affordable option for medical care.
