I am leaving to a new practice immediately. These people never seem to know what is going on in their own office and never communicate. The last time we went in we were told mid shots that they did not have a shot my baby needed and they would call us back when they had the shot. This was back early july and we have not heard anything. I am now in the process of trying to get refunded as we have medicaid and the woman who I talk to never seems to know whats going on when shes the one whos been taking care of it. Ive called multiple times about getting my money back and everytime the woman who is suppose to write it is conveniently gone and doesnt take care of it the next day. I was also told I would be repayed for months but come to find out I will not be reimbursed for them. I know that is medicaids doing but when you already have the info of what they will refund and then tell me the next day "oh no they wont refund you that month" thats not medicaids fault. I also had issues a couple times where the person up front couldnt even find an appointment I had made. Also we went in once to have her weighed and they wanted to charge me $150 just to look at my daughters tongue to tell me if she was tongue tied or not because i couldnt get her to latch. By the time we could tell ourselves if she was it was too late and my milk was gone. Thanks alot you greedy assholes. Do not go to this practice if you want things done correctly.

Ive been taking my child here for over a year always have a long wait. A 15 min appoint usually has be there for at least an hour. Today my child had back to back appointments and Associates in Pediatrics was the last one this morning so I thought Id come prepared with a snack. I came in with a pop tart and I dropped it. You wouldve thought I came in with a plate of chicken, rices and greens the way they acted when I dropped it. They kept repeatedly saying something about the sign that says "no food or drinks" and almost chastising me, a grown woman. The food and drink sign they have will only be seen when youre leaving the office bc of where its placed. I was so frustrated with their reaction and the way they were speaking to me that I left. Its frustrating enough having to constantly wait and having back to back a appointments Im not going to deal with them acting as though the world is over bc I dropped a pop tart in a childs doctors office. Im actually considering switching offices completely bc what I experienced today was the last straw.

They squish you and ill children into one small room, arm to arm; are late getting you in, and when you need something important... like your SHOT RECORDS for the kids to start school, they never call you back, cant find them or tell you that it will be available the next day (although they never are).

They relocated and never informed me...not a postcard or nothing. After being 5mins late because I was trying to locate them, they would not allow my son to be seen. 14yrs I have being dealing w the bullshit. Switching my son Dr as we speak!!!!!
