DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. THE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE. I HAD TEST DONE, GOT CALLED TO PICK UP RESULTS AND I GOT BILLED FOR PICKING UP RESULTS. THEY TRY TO GET YOU INSIDE TO CHECK PRESSURE AND DOCTOR COMES IN AND HAND YOU RESULTS WITH EVERYTHING GOOD. LATER YOU GET BILLED FOR PICKING UP YOUR RESULTS THAT YOU PAID FOR. THE SUPERVISOR HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. GO TO PATIENT FIRST FOR WHATEVER YOU NEED THEY ARE THE BEST.

The staff is absolutely IGNORANT !!! THE MANGER IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! As myself who works in health care I would never speak to someone in the manner that she did !!! Concentra needs to reevaluate their staff with people who are professionals with respect to people and other health care professionals. Wouldnt recommend anyone to this office.

Staff was very rude. Employer sent me by accident without needed form. Besides the assistant telling me you need a form she is going off and rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth about them not sending the form with me. After I said ok I will go back to employer she is still going off acting unprofessional over a simple mistake.

The person who answers the phone is so impolite and rude. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and said I can call them next week to make an appointment. She didnt even told me if I could make an appointment for the upcoming week. She just said "NO". I think even one star is more.

First time of all my visits that I felt Concentra deserved a ten. From start to finish. My initial contact with front desk set the bar high.But rest of staff followed suit. Very refreshing! Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a pleasant visit.

Got a physical here today. Finished at 12:05pm. It is now 1:10pm and I am still waiting for receipt paperwork. 4 ladies working behind desk and they tell me they are finishing my paperwork. This is my last visit here no matter what.

Went there for urgent care, signed in and waited about 30 mins to find out that their office didnt accept my insurance but the concentra on knect ave did, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE, ALWAYS CHOSE KNECT AVE!!!

Got injured on the job.the doctor ordered me to do physical therapy.I was released from therapy even thgh my back was still hurting.I was released with no restriction.now my back is killing me.do not go there!

Worst experience at a doctors office Im my whole life. I waited almost 2 hrs to be seen then after the nurse is done Ive waited a half hour and still no doctor. absolutely ridiculous.

The staff are unorganized and more focused on talking to each other than helping anyone out the wait time shouldnt be 2 hours when theres hardly anyone In the waiting room

The wait time was not what was posted on the billboard and there were coffee cups but no coffee pot. The wait time was over 30 mins, but should have been 30 mins or less.
