I hate doing this but since I find and base info off of online reviews, I had to do this. I always go to this Lencrafters, I have been wearring glasses for the last 13 years and Lencrafters is right next to my house. However, this location is either under new management or they are following new polices. I had such an awfull exiperence there (which has been going on for two days and still isnt resolved). The Dr. Dawn is a little pushy but, at least she is courteousy. The Retail side (I dealt with Stephen at first) killed it for me. Not only did they mess up my prescription, but when I went back later that day they asked me questions like, " Why didnt you check before you left?" and " How were we suppose to know" and the best one was " Well offer you 50% off of a new pair" ... Seriously?!! How about you fix what you did! Either way, I did not get the problem resolved and instead of forking up more money to puchase a new pair I will be going to 4EYES.

I just came from this store with my new pair of D&G glasses and I must say that this is one of THE BEST customer service I have had in a while!! Ralph Justiz is an exceptional customer service rep and I would recommend any and every one to go to him, I am truly happy with my purchase and the whole experience was way beyond me expectation, all the reps on a whole were great but if you go to this store which I highly recommend as for Ralph, He was so patient with me and after trying on so many pair he help me narrow it down to two and in the end help me pick and pair that I am falling more and more in love with as the day goes on, he is AWESOME!! Trust me go and you can see for yourself.. LC ROCKS!! Thank Again Ralph!! :-)

I walked in needing contacts. I had already had my prescription written before at an earlier date. However, when I walked in I instantly got attitude from the employees. The lady behind the desk on the doctors end barely gave me a glance and then when I said I needed contacts she pointed me over to the other counter. I walk over and the lady helping for fittings asked for my prescription yet Im Im the system. Im so frustrated, the rudeness and snarkiness is at a whole new level. Not only that l, I was insulted when another employee came in and had red hair and she said to me "oh you guys must be related you look exactly the same." How rude and unprofessional. Do you say that to anyone else?

I have to say they are not very honest there, told them to order a new pair of rayban for me because the one they had there has some scratches, came back to get the glasses came to find out they give me the same display one that has scratches all over it When i ask the lady she say it was a new one, i know she was lying because the frame has the same old scratches in the exact place, i had to order another wich took another week was not very happy about it. and also their frame are very expensive, you can buy the same one on the internet for half of what they asking for.. .So people be aware if you ever go there...they not very honest there

Awesome! The service at this store was awesome. All staff were exceptional. As an added courtesy, even though I currently live outside of the US on only in town for a short time, they were able to mail my glasses at no additional costs directly to me. I would definitely recommend this location to many ppl.
