My husband and I have gone to Dr Lambert for many years, and we love him. He really takes the time to listen and to talk to you. If he cant fix the problem he refers us to someone who can. We have a lot of faith in Dr Lambert and will continue to go to him. Also the 2 PAs at his office are terrific and we are very comfortable seeing either of them if Dr Lambert is booked up. Office staff is very helpful, too. Calls are returned quickly--I have heard horror stories from relatives about this issue, but have never experienced calls not being returned from Dr Lamberts office. A very good doctor.

Really like Dr. Lambert; just not very impressed with the staff. My husband required a referral to see a specialist (per Dr. Lamberts request) and after 4 days of waiting for that referral call, we called Dr. Lamberts office back. the response to our request was "oh, I got your message but I just havent had a chance to call them yet!" really, I imagine if it were one of your family members in this much pain, youd be right on that call.. How about giving the patients (whom pay for the visits which pay your salary) that same courtesy.

The Best

I really like Dr. Lambert, however the staff can be very unhelpful. I have had insurance with no gaps for years but because my insurance changed on 12/31 they refused to see me even though I have insurance. They wanted me to cash pay the entire visit and then get reimbursed in 30 days instead of me giving them my insurance info 20 minutes after I left the office and them billing my insurance. Good thing is there are a lot of doctors offices that are closer to me.

Dr. Lambert has been my general practitioner for nearly 4 years now. Visiting him and his office has always been a delightful experience despite my lack of excitement in visiting the doctor. He is very warm hearted, intelligent, and considerate when working with his patients and I would highly recommend him.

Ive been coming here since childhood and all I distinctly recall is never being seen on time. EVER. Whether you show up for an appointment early, on time or late, or you come in as a walk-in, be prepared for an hour wait-minimum.
