I am new to visiting this practice, but have been seen several times by Drs. Poulos and Gupta, and have been very happy. The staff is responsive, and has got me same-day appointments on two separate occasions. And although I can speak spanish I never have, with either the staff or doctors, ;) and my service has been very good.

Terrible, rude staff!!! Getting scheduled is a challenge, then parking is a pain, and then to top it off with unfriendly, rude staff...taking my business (since healthcare is just a business to them) somewhere else. Dont be fooled by "Family;" its just a business (and from the quality of the staff, not a very good one)!
