The receptionist was extremely rude. I was trying to get an appointment as early as possible due to having persistent symptoms that could be very problematic if I dont get it checked out and you guys just lost my business for not caring about people and their health. Its fine that they didnt have an open date for a month but the way the lady spoke to me and refused to take my insurance info. Because I said if I found a place I could get in sooner I might call and cancel. Really wanted this place to be my primary doctors office because my fiance goes there. But yall just lost my business and gained a bad review. So good job

I love Dr. Foster and the Hillside Medical office! Dr. Foster is very helpful and she genuinely listens to your concerns when you go in for an appointment. Also, the staff has always been very helpful. Once, my husband had a terrible migraine, but Dr. Foster was out of the office. The staff got us in that day and her PA gave him a shot. Plus, they didnt even charge me a co-pay! I have also had to call the emergency line before, and Dr. Foster has returned my call promptly. I dont generally like doctors and neither does my husband, but we both really love visiting her office.

Dr. Foster is not that knowledgeable I have diabetes and I got 6 steroid injections in my back and that doctor said that I needed to tell her so we could adjust my insulin and she said that it will not effect my blood sugar but it did I ended up in the hospital because my blood sugar was 800 I guess the back doctor was right and she was wrong

Never meet more rude people in my life. It is so hard to get an appointment. Staff is lazy and rude. Do not go to this doctors office. Never have i ever had so many problems with a doctors in my life. Searching for a new doctor today!

Dr. Charles-Smothers and her nurse are fantastic care takers, and I always feel heard and cared for when I go in to see her. The schedulers can be rude and hard to speak to sometimes though.

I love this doctors office. Its clean, quiet, and youre in and out in a hurry. I dont recall ever sitting in the waiting room or waiting on the doctor for longer than 5 minutes minutes.
