Seriously... not to be blunt about it, but the wait time is INSANE! I have only had to go twice, and the first time I had to wait for well over an hour before I was even taken to a room. I have never seen a doctor either of my visits, even though I was scheduled to see one both times. My last visit, a gentleman even told me that I would be seeing the doctor after he got my vitals and temp, and some lady came in.. she wasnt the doctor. I politely put my hand out to greet her, and she backed her hand up. Talk about RUDE! K. Male is her name... there is another young lady that works at the front desk, and I think the term "lady" should be used loosely, but she is also very rude and short with people. I told her on the way out to have a nice weekend, and she gave me a glare. My husband has had to call in and he also said this same girl was short with him. The staff is VERY unprofessional. I have to beg for results, and I have to beg for antibiotics, but yet they get real firm when it comes to paying your copay and scheduling you for follow-ups that have no purpose (other than to collect more copays and file more claims on behalf of their "company"). I will stop venting now... I think you have the point of what youre walking into.....

Our family has been going to Dr. Male for the last 12 years and have had a great experience. Sometimes you have to wait some minutes after your scheduled time, but that is the only downside. Dr. Male and his staff are very professional and have helped our family cure various ailments over the course of years. He has a keen interest in your problem and discusses different courses of treatment if appropriate. I cannot relate to the negative opinions of others below.

They took over 2 days to send my prescription to the pharmacy and its been over a month since they were soppost to have a specialist call me so I could get a cyst removed from my lip and they havent... when I call the refferall extention all they do is send me too voicemail... plus the wait always takes forever and when the doctor finally gets to you hes in a rush...
