Wish I could give 0 stars. Ive never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy. I called last year to make an appointment for a general physical as a new patient for the first available (made it for 9:30am on a Monday morning). I got a call at 10:11pm at night on a Sunday from someone named Allison telling me that they wouldnt be able to see me the next morning. Since I was in bed sleeping, I of course ignored the call but was furious when I listened to the voicemail the next morning. They didnt even have the decency to turn off the automated text notifications because I still received a reminder around 7 that morning about my appointment at 9:30. I work full time so I figured Id try to call at some point during the day and get everything sorted out. I got another call from a different person later that morning telling me my appointment had been moved to noon that same day. I received the automated text and everything but as I mentioned, I work full time and cant just leave at the drop of a hat so this was even further frustrating. They called around noon to see if I would be coming in for my appointment since I didnt show up. I finally got the chance to call later in the afternoon when I spoke with Brittany. I asked her what they require for notice from their patients when cancelling appointments. She told me 1 day, or 24 hours. They couldnt even give me 12 hours notice and called me late at night. All the girls I spoke with on the phone seemed nice but I dont have the time or energy for this level of incompetence. I cant even speak for the doctors or APRNs because I didnt get that far.

Negative stars would be more accurate for the experience Ive had. The first few visits were great. The Dr I saw was wonderful, as well as the PAs Ive seen after that. They truly care about the patients and are genuinely trying to help in any way they can. Nursing staff is very sweet and the xray tech is hilarious. HOWEVER!...The billing department is seriously lacking in kindness, understanding and professionalism. They dont care about the people, in fact, they dont even care about doing their job sufficiently. And same goes for the front desk staff. When you walk in you are met with grimaced faces and/or gossip discussion about other staff members, a stern "What are you here for?". No "Hello, can I get your name?" or "Good morning, please sign in here". Same goes for any phone conversations you have when calling in. They need some seriously management upheaval. Basically youre made to feel like your presence is a major annoyance. Which is pretty sad to me considering the only reason they have a job is because of the patients. No patients, no money, no job. Customer service would take these people a long way. People dont come to see the doctor because they are happy go lucky. They are there because they feel bad, they are sick, in pain, having issues they need solved big or little, and people want to have a safe place to go for medical attention. Because of the clerical staff this does not feel like a safe place to seek medical treatment of any kind. Thats a shame because the doctors really are great. There are great doctors everywhere with better staff, youd probably be better suited going elsewhere.

I have gone to this facility for 2 years regularly. And I go in more than once per year. I am a cash pay patient as I currently do not have insurance and am a single mother. Since I began going there I was taken aback by their strange set of additional fees for various things. After my last visit and a recent phone call, I am fed up. At my last visit, they tried to charge me for "an extended visit" (about $40 more) because the Physicians Assistant spent more then the "Standard/Authorized" amount of time with me - 15 minutes! (I came in with a severe infection and they had to run some tests and do an exam). On top of that, I called in today to request a refill of the anti-biotic because I have been reinfected (saw the Dr. 3-4 wks. ago) and they said I would have to come in again and have new tests run! (Rather than simply calling me in a $4 harmless Rx, sounds fishy right? 4 months ago or so they implemented a new pricing structure where patients will be charged for every prescription they asked to have refilled (about $10 PER prescription refill request!); $25 charge if you have an after-hours emergency and need to speak to the person on call (they arent offering the courtesy every other doctors office offers); and if you just need to speak to the Dr. DURING business hours, there is a "consultation charge for that too". (I dont think any insurance covers these costs). Sounds like MONEY is their first priority and they are turning health care into a Cash Cow. My suggestion is to find any of the other hundreds of caring doctors in your area and avoid this one "at all costs".

If you google you will realize that this practice is owned by one of the top physician of Dallas. So like any other we being new to this place tried to get an appointment it happens so he is not accepting new patients. And tried not once but consecutively 2 years always the same response does not accept new patients. If that is the case why have you opened your new practice in frisco!!!!! You will end up getting appointment of some other doctor. We ended up getting appointment for dr hedlund. Well I sometimes dont understand these doctors, he is literally an old guy who seems have not much experience in handling various type of patients but just one type. Because we just felt he sends in his nurse to do all the talking and then just comes in smiles and mostly perplexed as to what to speak to the patient about when the entire talk is done by the nurse. Once I actually had an appointment and I reached just on time and am inside the clinic this lady is calling me in the clinic that because I am not on time my appointment is cancelled!! And I should call back to reschedule. And I am standing inside the clinic - I mean I just feel this clinic they have opened for their own leasure and are not at all serious about the work there, neither the doctors nor the nurse and anybody else. Somehow they are very judgemental impolite and not much interested in having new patients in and just want to continue with the existing patients they have! Not a clinic to be associated with!!! There are better around.

total rip off.. first this office charges you if you dont appear on appointment.. I just went for medical checkup and just saw some nurse who is like "I dont know what your insurance covers its your duty to find it out" now if I understood all the scientific terms I would not come to you and I wouldnt care for getting some of the tests done, which I got to know later which are not of much use from my Doctor cousin just wanted to get some money from insurance.. AND most ridiculous thing is they are now charging me some small amount but after 6 months yes after 180 days even insurance Co probably wont allow me to claim it.. I wonder what they were doing till now??? I never went there again nor would recommend anybody else for annual medical examination as we common people dont understand what they do and they get money from insurance for unnecessary tests and in turn insurance Co raise their premium because of such people.. Dont know about the doctors as I didnt see any of them during medical examination just nurse or nurse assistant I guess
