I will not return again I will look for professional office staff.I have multiple complaints my first visit some of the girls working in the office were loud than they should joking around during the time I was trying to focus on filling out my new patient information forms. After I was waited for my id card to be given back to me instead of her calling me up and letting me come to the counter the girl just puts it down and as she walks off she says my last name and someone will be with you. I expected professional service. At any office that I have been to they call you up look you in the eye and communicate. The Doctor was ok at first then acted with an attitude at a few questions and didnt stay focused on the issue I was telling her talking about do I have a desire for pregnancy. One question I asked was what type of immunizations should I receive at my age she says you should have had all of them when you were younger. I repeat and keep talking about it and she gives me one I shouldnt have to push the doctor to do her job. I dont feel comfortable to go again Im looking for qualified doctor that cares to say the right things. As I was leaving the patient room the back part of the office I asked if I needed to pay anything another girl had an attitude after she told me I didnt need to pay she gave me a fake smile.I had my blood drawn one of the girls from the doctors office keyed the wrong birth date in the quest diagnostic company system.

I went there about a month ago since I was feeling physical pain in an intamate area. The front staff was very friendly and made you feel right at home. The doctor who I was informed was leaving in a few weeks only saw me for a few seconds and gave me a presciption for a cream and sent home. I was miss diagnosed and ended up in the hospital and had to have emergency surgery the very next day, A few days later I received an additional bill from them stating I owed more money for my co-pay, cant they read insurance cards?!?!?!?!?!? After I informed them of what their doctor did and told them that my regular doctor was helping me put a complaint against this doctor they rudly said that the guessed they would write off the extra charge. So unless you have a simple cold, dont go there. I feel bad for their staff since they are so friendly.

I had to choose a primary care provider so I picked Dr. Khan and that was the best decision Ive made regarding my health care. Dr. Khan is professional, patient, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Unlike many doctors, she takes the time to LISTEN and EXPLAIN so you can understand and be a part of your treatment. She follows up when needed and is available in an emergency. Dr. Khan takes into account the "big picture", your wants and what she believes is best for your health. Its a team effort with your voice being heard. The office staff is courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Khan at Alliance Family Medicine if youre looking for a new, top quality, primary care doctor.
