Ive been looking for a PCP for a few years now since relocating to Dallas. I was referred here by a friend and Im so happy I was. My physician was punctual, personable, and friendly. It was my first visit but I look forward to continue working with him. I left feeling like this physician took the time to listen to my concerns, and provided insight on my issues and positive moving forward together! The only thing that made me cringe is when the front office staff stated "this is for your physical" loudly. I was under the impression no one should know what you coming in for and although it was a routine yearly physical I still thought that was somewhat unprofessional. In all honesty thats minor compared to the entire visit, my visit was great. My point in bringing it up is for her to use more discretion next time.

Ive been a patient of this office since I transferred from my Pediatric physician; located across the street (Dr. Kilgus) from their old location by Baylor. Just moved back into town and suddenly Im a "new patient". I was charged $200 for this. I was told it was insurance policy to purge patients if not seen within 3 years. Well, I called their bluff and reached out to my insurance company. Its illegal for insurance companies to direct the providers on how or what to bill for. Needless to say some of the money grabbing practices at this office have me in search of a new provider. Ill sincerely miss Dr. Drake, but I think Ill be tracking down my former physician that is no longer here.

Weve been using Dr Dotti for several years and recommend him and his team often. The office is clean, comfortable, and up to date. The facility includes its own lab, X-ray room, bone density machine, EKG capability and more. The staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Dotti and his team are proactive, personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. We feel like they work hard to keep patients healthy and monitor them closely. They ask important questions and listen to both physical and emotional patient feedback. We feel very "covered" and confident in entrusting our health to Dr. Dotti.

The whole staff was AWESOME, VERY EFFICIENT!!!!!. Hadnt been there in quite a long time but have been with them for years. Couldnt see Dr Drake, so I saw Dr Robert. I am so so happy to have him as my Dr!!!! He listened to everything I had to say, then made suggestions and we figured out a plan that best fit me!!! I just cant say enough good things about him!! Just Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!!. But you cant go wrong with any of the Drs!! The whole staff was just as AWESOME!!!!!.

I cant believe that I had to move to Texas to find the excellent medical care that North Country Family Practice gives. The reception staff is so friendly and it doesnt matter which doctor, PA, or nurse I see , my family and I get the best medical care! This is the ONLY place I think of when one of us gets sick or even needs a physical. All staff and medical personnel are very warm and friendly and really listen to your concerns.

My first visit with Dr. Kalan Bobbitt D.O. was wonderful today on 5 April. She is a remarkably competent physician who will listen, treat and advise. This is a woman and a professional that is second to none in her profession and who will deliver the finest medical care available. I am so glad that I found her, I am so fortunate to have met her and far richer as a patient for her confidence. Primum non nocere.

Ive been going here for about 15 years and have always had a good experience. I especially like that they can draw blood, take xrays and treat allergies in this office without having to send you somewhere else. We moved 3 years ago, but I dont get sick often, so I end up coming back here when I need a doctor. I just havent found an office that provides a one-stop-shop like this one near my new home.

Miss Charlotta the physicians asst. is one of my favs. she is always very nice and caring. They all are at the family practice. You cant get any better here.

This is not your normal doctors office. Its very clean, EVERYONE was nice, and they are very efficient. I got my vitals checked, saw the doctor, and got blood drawn in 20 minutes. I will not have to find a new doctor. I saw Marshall Robert and he was very helpful and calming with my crazy nerves.

This office is so terrible to the patient. They always force the patient to see the doctor even though it is not necessary.. just like business men... Their main focus seems to be in How to make money from patient and insurance co.

The providers and care received was quite good. However, the office is mismanaged and wait times are unacceptable. My time is no less important than yours and a sheepish "sorry about that" is not enough to keep me as a patient

I cant say enough for Dr Marshall Roberts ! From the moment he steps into the room you his number one priority. He takes the time to ask questions for the correct diagnosis. I wish more Doctors where like this in today age .
