if i could give a half star i would! Horrible customer service. call as new patient they wont even see you unless they have your med records. wont even make an appt. for you girl was very uncaring. i asked where do i sent medical records she responded they need to send the here....are you kidding ... I asked how fax, mail ?? she said how ever they want ... ok what is the number..... pause sigh she finally gives me a number i ask so how long before i get an appt?when ever doctor reviews records.. so how long is that .. whenever he wants could be today or a few weeks. WTF....

This clinic is a mess there is new staff each time i go in there. Debra the practice manager is always in a meeting and never available to speak with me. I would not recomend this clinic unless you do not care about your health. These doctors deserve better management!

Absolutely new facility. The medical clinic is clean and the staff are helpful. They were able to get me set up and all of my needed referrals right away. It is also one of the few places that take Tricare in the area.
