Dr. Snook is a nice guy and seems very knowledgeable but his office and the staff is so screwed up I just cant handle it anymore and I have advised them today he just lost a patient. Since going to see him Ive had billing issues because of mistakes made by his office staff and every single time I have had to deal with a prescription is has been an absolute nightmare. This last go around took the cake, I called to have a prescription refilled and was advised by a member of his office staff that he would renew it via the phone. The next day I drove the 20 miles to pick it up and I was advised that it was never called in. When I contacted the office I was told that I was told he would renew it upon my next visit. I asked the office manager who tried to blame the problem on me why was I driving 40 miles round trip to pick something up if I was told I wouldnt be able to get it until my next visit. The only response I got was, well I will have a talk with her about that. I told her that I was done coming to see Dr. Snook and I got the impression that she didnt care much. Oh well, there are plenty of Doctors out there and I suggest you find another.

This doctor accused me of "drug shopping" even though when they called the pharmacy, he was informed that I had only received drugs through his office since I had started seeing him. On my very first appt I told Tony (great idea for a new patient) about a severe car accident I had been in and the problems I expected to have for a lifetime. The second time I made an appt with Dr Snooke and they sent me to see Dr. Otto, I again explained the problems. I was only asking that my effexor be refilled and then last week I got a usual migraine from the accident. That is when they accused me of drug shopping, and said there office would not prescribe narcotics to me, even though they had been given the information on 3 occasions. If they were unwilling to provide the meds, why did they take my money for visits, and then when I needed them, I was told no!

I made an appointment for a long term med check to get every refills for the year I spent two hours and $400 and as I was leaving Patty informed me I needed to have a full physical. I go to get my prescription and they only gave me one months worth when I called the doctor I was told I had to come in for a full physical before I could have my meds. Its just so wrong to require 2 appointments for one simple prescription. Why wasnt I give them the full physical the first time. Patty blamed it on me "I made the wrong appointment" but I told them exactly what I needed when I made the appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Snooks for more than 20 years. I grew up in an Air Force family and then joined the Army. Dr. Snook is my 1st civilian doctor. He and his staff are the best. Kind, caring and considerate. Always helpful and always friendly. I love getting sick, just so I can go there. ;p The only negative is that I miss Heidi.

I enjoy the people who used to work here... The new concierge on the phone has a slight attitude problem.
