I am new to Waco and my insurance assigned Dr. Patricia Wilcox as my primary caregiver. I called to make an appointment with her( which took forever because I sat on hold for over 5 minutes and was then hung up on). I was given an appointment time and when I showed up at the given time I was told that I didnt have an appointment. They basically treated me like I was crazy and made no attempt to resolve the issue even though I had a recorded voicemail from their office stating my appointment time. I found the entire experience extremely frustrating and their office personal didnt apologize for the huge inconvenience it was for me to take off work. If this is indication of the patient care they provide I would definitely not recommend this practice to anyone.

They have a wonderful waiting area for children so that they do not have to sit and be still, or bother other waiting patients. The nurses and Dr. Wilcox were wonderful with my son, who is normally very shy. He warmed up to them rather quickly and made no fuss. He is one of the best Drs I have ever found for our family. He was very kind, and took time to answer all my questions. The wait was not overly long, nor did I feel rushed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is a great doctors office. Dr. Patricia Wilcox was wonderful. Very attuned to my needs and concerns. The offices were beautiful and well-maintained. Very high-tech and they even had a wonderful play room for the children. I definitely recommend these offices.
