Im currently having pseudo seizures, Montoya said that I need to get me anxiety under control and that would take care of the seizures and thats all I needed to do.... Um, what about in the mean time? Ive had friends pass during seizures. These pseudo seizures have been happening multiple times a day, my vision gets messedbup, my heart rate gets up to 160bpm while sitting, and I start to hear sounds that arent there, and she tells me "its fine, we just need to get your anxiety under control". After arguing with her that I wasnt satisfied with that, she says she will set me up with a neurologist, two weeks later she STILL hasnt put in a request. I mention some other symptoms and she passes them off as " your anxiety is making things seem worse than what they are". I know my body and whats normal for my anxiety and none of this is normal!! If you need medical care, dont go here

Long story short front desk rude and schedules me 3weeks later and every time I think something is wrong with my son they say he is fine so after Ill go to immediate care and they tell me different.! And it was serious ! The wait is awesome its always in and out and the nurses in the back are cool and making your own appointments I dislike. What happens to yallz giving us a date yo follow up before we left !? And the people on the phone suck too ! They stay silent and i always have to say hello and then they will ask questions. I dislike and Im not going back. ..

Press one for English? This is America people. Learn English! The receptionist is rude, always in a hurry to get you off the phone and after 20 years of dealing with my kids doctors I have to say the people you talk to on the phone are among the most annoying people Ive ever dealt with. We have no issues with the doctors, just the people on the phone.

The doctor is five star but the problem is you can never get a hold of anyone and no one ever answers their phones. I would hate for it to be a important call and you cant reach anyone there. ugggg SO frustrating !! you should ALWAYS be able to reach a doctors front desk /secretary they wont even pick up a phone ....

Finding a new doctor for my kids! Maria, the receptionist is so unprofessional and RUDE!!!!!!! They need to find someone to work the front desk who actually like doing their job! The MAs, either needs to find a different job or start acting professional.

We switched insurance and my mother ran out of thyroid and they wouldnt giver her just a few until our new insurance came through they only care about money, my mom had been of thyroid for a week and she cant go past ten days until her heart stops.
