Being somewhat a "early aged Senior" was a experience. Some good , some not so good. Being able to speak for myself when asking questions or suggestions that were asked. Not getting good answers on current medical procedures were a concern that the Dr. is not really up to date on some options that are offered in the Medical field. The Office Mgr. (Dr.- Husband )is very unprofessional,rude does not describe himself or Dr. Office when he answers the phone. I was sent to see the Eye Dr.for cataracts. The eye Dr.told me should have never sent me due to this being to premature to do any thing but take my copay. The Office dropped the Insurance (Cigna HealthSpring) that make it easy for me to find a New Dr.

Had to make a visit to this establishment. Lady at the front counter was very rude! It is obvious that she has forgotten that they are there because of us, their customers! Dr. Pham was right behind her and did not correct her behaviour. I even went as far as to mention to the doctor about her rave reviews. Dr. Pham had her back towards me. She did not respond. I had to ask her if she had heard what I had said. She responded by "yes I did" and still failed to even acknowledge the praise. This business might be used to getting away with this behavior with other customers, but they will not with me. This is total unacceptable behaviour.

Great first visit with Dr. Pham. She is very professional and actually spends time with you, literally 15-20 minutes gathering information for a detailed health history, conducts her own assessments (rare among physicians), and provides legitimate advice. If you dont have a lot of healthcare provider experience, take it from me, a devoted healthcare enthusiast and one who has spent many years sifting through the poor quality, burnt-out physicians, she is top 1%. Her office also promotes holistic style treatment, to include acupuncture and more. I am certainly happy to have found her office and will recommend to my family and friends.

Dr Pham is very direct (which I like), very thorough, very patient, and allows the time necessary for you! She will come up with a plan with your input involved, and then you will be expected to work the "plan"! Your next visit, she will inspect what she expects. Dr Pham and her staff, all take a deep interest in your well being, and your progress. Along with her high intellect, Dr Pham is deep down a very caring Physician, and strives to do the best for your health..

Dr. Pham takes much more time with her patients than most physicians, and is very thorough. She is also genuinely compassionate and caring. She takes into account what you desire in your healthcare - a prescription, supplements, herbs, exercises, acupuncture, etc. Her care is very individualized, a rarity in medicine today. As for the previous review, it does seem like she doesnt always coddle her patients, but I never thought that she was rude or inconsiderate.

Doesnt even deserve a star. Worst dr. Office experience ever. ... we came in early to fill out a stack of paper work.. then waited for an hour in the room. Walked out before we could even see the dr. She takes soo long to see patients and I could hear her just chatting away. Never again visiting this dr. Office or dr.

Excellent doctor. If you have an elderly parent, Dr. Pham is the doctor to see. She "takes no punches", is thorough and does what needs to be done. I wish there where more doctors like her in the system.
