My initial visit was great, staff was friendly and helpful, everything was covered by insurance which I expected. A week later I called and left a voicemail asking for a follow up appointment and to be updated on the status of my test results that had been sent in to lab the week prior. I didnt get a response, and a few business days later I called again and scheduled an appointment for a pregnancy test and to speak with the doctor. When I got there I was told for first time that I would have to pay $78 for them to basically give me a pregnancy test. The receptionist was frankly a little rude while I tried to explain (in front of the other waiting patients) that I couldnt afford a $78 pregnancy test that I had not been warned of, and would rather just cancel, and she then charged me $25 for same day cancellation. Oh and I still havent been given any update on my test results from a week and a half ago.

Dr. Kriegs staff is polite and provide excellent service and skills. The receptionist was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. After 5 minutes of wait time, the assistant came to get me. She was extremely personable, professional, and she made me feel comfortable (even when she weighed me!) She had a caring understanding of my concerns. Once she completed taking her notes (about 15 minutes), she stepped out, and within minutes Dr. Krieg stepped in! She was simply wonderful! She addressed all my concerns, she explained all my options and costs. She even took care of an extra concern, that should have been an additional visit. I really appreciated her professionalism, and attentiveness to my needs. I would recommend this doctor to all my family and friends! AMAZING!

I have been seeing Dr. Krieg as my primary physician since 2010 and she has been the best doctor I have ever had. She is very attentive, understanding and thorough. When I had a cancer scare, she called me personally in the evening after her work hours to talk to me and reassure me that she was there to help. Her staff is wonderful and often call me to remind me that I need to come in for my regular appointments or that I need to get prescriptions refilled. The only thing I wish is Dr. Krieg would move south of 820. I hate having to travel up through that traffic nightmare to go and see her but, frankly, Dr. Krieg is worth it. I dont think I could find a better doctor in the DFW area!

Went to Dr. Krieg because of pain in my foot that Id had for weeks. CareNow misdiagnosed it as a sprained ankle, so I was looking for someone who could help relieve my pain or refer me to a specialist. Dr. Krieg was very short and rude. She basically told me that the pain was all in my head and that there was nothing wrong with me. Thankfully, I was able to get in to see Dr. Suttle at Academy Foot and Ankle the same day. She told me I had fractured my foot in 3 places. So thank you, Dr. Krieg, the pain was not in my head. I will never return to this dr office again. Poor customer service!

I have been a patient of Dr. Krieg for a few years now and I am very pleased. She is very friendly and never seems in a hurry to get out of the room like other doctors Ive known. She listens to my concerns and seems genuinely interested. I have also found her to be very knowledgeable and the service from here staff is very good.

I can not say enough good things about this practice. She cares about my children and spends quality time with us whenever we are in. I dont feel like I wait very long and I feel taken care of when I leave. She is a great doctor. Her staff goes above and beyond.
