My fiance has had his appointment get cancelled on two occasions. One was due to the doctor not being in or the doctor had a family emergency. His back has been hurting since we made the appointments and all we have gotten was "Your Appointment has been cancelled cause of the doctor not being in." Either they get their asses in gear or we are gonna find another ortho doctor who can see him for his back! GET YOUR ASSES TOGETHER AND DO YOUR DAMN JOB!

Was Scheduled to the wrong floor and completely different practice. Even after explaining into personal details my reason for needing to be seen. When I arrived and made them aware they decided to I ignore me for a period of time then schedule me a month later when I explained to them I needed to be seen earlier I received nothing but hateful looks and attitude

Waited over an hour and a half after being checked in, only to be told that the doctor I was scheduled to see had left the building. The person at the desk claimed she thought Id already been taken back to the doctors office because she "couldnt see me" in the waiting room from behind her desk. Unbelievably unprofessional service for a healthcare facility.
