I read my urgent care discharge instructions and it said I had acute sinusitis. I never complained about my sinuses. My throat was hurting and I had a bad cough. The discharge instructions said I should be taking Zocor, a high cholesterol script but they didnt test my cholesterol. I got better because of Bactrim. Was too sick to be alert enough to tell them what works best for me. Dr did not say 2 sentences to me. With documentation like this, I have no trust in this organization to provide health services for me.

Complete waste of time, and an embarrassment for the community of Muskegon. Doctors abrupt, uncaring, and overall waste of time. Failed to answer questions, and listen to my concerns as a patient. Never discussed any further options except follow up with your primary care doctor.

Went in on a Sunday and was prescribed an antibiotic. Wasnt getting better so I called my doctor. My doc was a little confused as to why they even prescribed the antibiotic. The staff is friendly but the doctors look overworked and rush you out.
