I have been trying to have a prescription refilled for 8 days and I cannot get any help from Valley Health. In the past, I have had trouble having prescriptions refilled and a local pharmacy told me they usually had problems with Valley Health. This prescription must be gradually tapered off if you are going to stop taking it. I havent had it or six days. I have called their home office, left voice messages and gotten no response. I realize that my doctor left unexpectedly to work elsewhere, but it is up to Valley Health to fill the void and provide for their patients. Apparently, they are not up to the task. I would not recommend Valley Health because they are extremely difficult to work with when trying to get refills and who needs this kind of frustration in their life?

My daughter goes to Dr. Jordan Nash and he is awesome with her. Any time that we go in we are in and out within a half hour unless they are running labs or something else that could take a while but we are notified before she comes in if it could be a long appt. All in all I dont think I have ever met a doctor that is as good with kids as he is.
