The Hispanic female Dr. Was very rude to me questioning me in a upset manner asking me "why I havent been coming to them "and questioning me about things that wasnt none of her business or her place to ask.. i felt she was out of line she was talking to me as if she was my mother or something mind you this was my first time meeting this Dr. Before seeing her i had a different Dr when I was going there...And oh i didnt like the fact my Dr.kept changing every other visit

Had to call them and ask them for an appointment about my test results from being in the hospital. Then when i get to my appointment i am waiting 2 hours and still no doctor. I am reporting them. This is ridiculous last time i waited 3 hours. If the Dr has too many patients he needs to get more help bc his staff sucks. They dont care about anyone and take their sweet time doing eveything.

This dr office is the worst. The organization from reception to end is a daunting experience. 1.5 hr should never happen for a scheduled appointment. The staff follows the guidelines set. It is noticeable they are clueless how awful the experience is.

i arrived at dr and my appt 10:30 and i see peoplea arrived they kept me wait for an hour and half! disrespectful and i see peoples arrive at dr then go in room and not me im last person

Waited over an hour and a half, nicely asked them about it, they did not apologize just made excuses. Ridiculous.
