The absolute worst experience start to finish you could ever have in a doctors office. The front desk staff are icey and unhelpful, no shortage of attitude. Then the staff is completely incompetent- I had 3 tests scheduled one day, and got told by the ultrasound tech to leave after the first one which I did. I then got a call when I was on my way back to work that I had 2 more tests scheduled. It was too u late by then, I had to go to work. I go back to get the other 2 tests done, another inconvenience to have to go in before work. Theyre doing bloodwork-- they take my blood and I leave. Come to find out 2 weeks later that they lost my sample and I have to come in AGAIN. Take 3, Im pissed off by this point, but no lack of attitude from the staff as usual. They draw my blood a second time and the tech taking the sample tried to draw from my left arm. I tell her before she starts that most people cant hit there and she should try my right arm, but thats not enough to convince her and she mashes the needle around my arm trying to prove herself right. Fast forward 3 minutes later and she finally tries my right arm like I said originally to, and it works *surprise i know my body a little better than you*. The final bow is the doctors advice to me, which is completely generic and not specific to me and my situation, my dietitian girlfriend looked up the doctors suggestions and showed me research suggesting the opposite. All in all the worst possible experience for anyone trying to seek healthcare. I wouldnt recommend these guys to my worst enemy let alone a friend. Go elsewhere.

Where do I begin? First my doctor tells me I need blood work done. No problem. I schedule a time with the phlebotomists, get my blood drawn and then go to check out. Upon my checkout, the receptionist tells me that the phlebotomists are a separate entity from the practice and they will bill me. This works for me as I do not have any health insurance. I wait for my results to come back before I schedule a follow up appointment. I arrive at the office for my follow up appointment only to find out that the receptionist has scheduled me an appointment on the week my doctor is on vacation. Obviously this is very frustrating. I then schedule a time that the doctor will actually be in the office. Fast forward to my appointment, I am checking in and I am told that I have a balance for my blood work. I have never received a bill in the mail. I have never seen a copy of the blood work or the bill details. At this point I am no longer interested in dealing with such an unprofessional practice. I pay my balance, cancel my appointment, and start to look for a new doctor. It appears that this practice thinks that it can treat its patients what ever way it pleases. They are completely inept and unprofessional. It does not appear that anyone has any idea how things operate there. I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time, money, and possible health with people who are not concerned with your well being. On a side note, my doctor told me that if I wanted to gain weight, I would need to eat more. What a highly trained professional.

My insurances limited selection of in-network OBGYNs in this area has forced me to go to Physicians Primary Care. You cant get appointments for weeks or even months, and they will not see you for multiple issues at the same time. For example, I wanted to get the Implanon birth control. They told me I would need to schedule 3 appointments - 1 for a consultation, 1 for an annual exam (even though insurance now allows you to go 2 years without an exam for birth control), and 1 for the implant. Because they only have hours during the work day (no early morning, no evening, no weekend), I had to go to Planned Parenthood and pay out of pocket for a consultation, at which time they informed me I didnt have to have another annual exam, and were able to give me the Implanon right on the spot. Unfortunately, I had to drive to Sarasota for that appointment. Now, I need to go in for an annual exam and need to have a lump in my arm looked at for a possible referral. I first scheduled the appointment and told them this - they gave me an appointment. I then had to reschedule, so I called back. They didnt have any more appointments for another 3 weeks AND suddenly decided I had to get the lump looked at during a separate appointment from my annual exam so now I need to go to 2 for the same doctor. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be doing research to find another provider in the area and am willing to drive to find someone whos actually willing to provide reasonable care.

Waiting too long in waiting area. To make an appointment are too far away... it could take you many months until they give you an appointment. Some doctors are good, but the staff dont care about the time of the visits. Ive been waiting for more than an hour until they finally call me. :(

I have received excellent care from Dr Snodgrass and all the staff are friendly and professional . Did experience a little wait time, but nothing out of the ordinary for a busy practice. So much better than my last doctor,
