So this will be the last time I come to this office for any healthcare needs. Every time I have come here it has been an awful experience. People come to the doctor to be treated for an illness, or have a symptom looked at. Every time Ive come here my symptoms dont seem important to the person I am seeing. I cannot say that about one nurse practitioner that unfortunately doesnt work there anymore. That may be the reason she doesnt, she actually cared about her patients and wanted to help them. Ive seen three other physicians in that office and I cannot say the same for them. I would avoid this office at all costs. They want to do the bare minimum for their patients. When I say bare minimum that is no exaggeration. I had a physical done by an MD she did nothing. Normally for a physical you are put in a gown so every aspect is addressed. They did not do that here. I was in my own clothes, she listened to my lungs and heart. Asked a few questions and that was it. Sent me to have blood drawn and I was on my way. That is NOT a yearly physical. I was having excruciating pain in my right side. The NP didnt seem to concerned about it but ordered a CT scan to humor me. She did state Im afraid to touch you with your pain. Well the CT came back showing kidney stones in both kidneys. I dont know if shes ever had a kidney stone before but I have and its not a pleasant experience. She sends an antibiotic to the pharmacy to treat me for a UTI. Is a UTI what I came I for? No, I came in for flank pain caused by kidney stones. They did a urine analysis and culture which came back clean with no traces of white blood cells (which shows infection) and a small amount of blood (from the kidney stones moving) Then I get to the pharmacy to pick up this prescription and she has prescribed me an antibiotic in a class of drugs Im allergic to. So I asked the pharmacist about this and he stated that it wasnt smart and that he wouldnt recommend take it because they are chemically similar. Im also allergic to aspartame, she ordered me a nausea medication made from aspartame. Im a nurse and I find this absolutely ridiculous. This isnt the first bad experience Ive had with this office, but I can tell you it will be the last.

horrible. I waited a month and a half for a physical and the doctor only spent 5 minutes with me. all he did was listen to my chest and ask me questions. they took blood but forgot the urine test so I had to call them and they said "oh we missed that " and had to come back in Recently I went in for strep throat and waited an hour as everyone after me was seen. when asked about this they said "we are really only a clinic after 5 so these people all has appointments. Why call yourself a clinic then? Run from this place. there has to be better!

Absolutely love Novant Health Care. They are Very professional, yet very nice and ready to help anyway they can. I Love my Dr. Bundy Hes very through and he takes the time to actually listen to what I have to say. Very nice man.

Call them if you want to be passed around from person to person, explaining your situation each time just to make an annual physical appointment! If you love that automated music, this is the place for you!
