Had to call repeatedly b/c no one could bother pick up (& they are the only provider in a 10 mile radius). The receptionist stated they were not taking new patients. There was no apology, not inquiry as to why Im calling, no referral to any one else. I let her know that the UHC website said they were taking new patients. She replied that that werent & hung up. I didnt even get a chance to ask about when they might be accepting new ones. Guess I dodged a bullet based on who answers the phones.

When we first started going to Dr. Hess he and his staff were wonderful. Now he is so busy he rushes through appointments without explaining anything. His staff is anything but competent. Have messed up doing/sending lab work more than once costing us major $s cause they wouldnt own up to it or recode so insurance would pay!!!!!! Looking for a new doctor.

Was my Dr for 6 years. Not only a great Dr but a great guy. Never a long wait on waiting room either which is always a bonus at doctors offices.
