UPDATE: NOW, 2 MONTHS LATER, AFTER THE INITIAL UNAUTHRIZED CHARGES....I have been making bimonthly check payments, towards the balance accrued. I was promised, NO CREDIT CARD charges would be put on my DISCOVER CARD! Then, today, I noticed they just CHARGED the existing balance (that I have been paying on, after we straighten out the balance, etc) to my DISCOVER CARD AGAIN on 10/12!!!!! WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT AND THE WRONG AMOUNT!!! When you go to therapy, build a bond with your therapist adn to have her company break a promise, after I was promised by everyone I spoke to, that they would NOT touch my CREDIT CARD EVER AGAIN and to have this happen a 2nd time, is breaking a trust that you have worked so hard to develop with your therapist, because of her company....It is a shame... DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO WHEN BOOKING YOUR FIST APPOINTMENT! I made the mistake of giving it to them, just to HOLD your first appointment and was promised that it would not be charged or used! Especially, without my permission.. Just checking my Credit card balance Sat. night, and found they CHARGED my credit card $260, unauthorized! I never even received a bill from this company! I called today, Monday, asking for an explanation for these UNAUTHORIZED charges to my credit card and what they were for, since I have never received a single bill! NO CALL BACK, instead, they CHARGED MORE, unauthorized charges, for another $77.00... I called back, a second time, very upset for this company, not only did they NOT CALL me to explain charges, they CHARGED additional without my permission or a bill to review or to pay!! I waited all day for an explanation of these charges, a explanation of why they charged my credit card, without informing me or billing me...NO CALL BACK, AGAIN!!! I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL FROM THIS COMPANY, NOR DID I EVER AUTHORIZE THEM TO USE MY CREDIT CARD. NOR WAS I EVER TOLD THEY JUST CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD, FOR WHATEVER AMOUNT, WITHOUT BILLING YOU!!!!

I have been a long time patient as a so called "snow bird". It is very reassuring to know than when I return to Bonita Springs each winter season that I can easily set up my recurring appointments. The level of professionalism and sincere sensitivity that I receive from the practice helps me tremendously. Always a great experience here. Been coming for a couple months never any issues with my credit card payments. Staff membets are so happy and helpful! Should have a 6 star!
