First let me start off with that they should hace more than 5 stars because this place is awesome... I love the staff they are very loving and very sweet.. I go there every 6 months and i look forward to it... It may take a long time even all day but thats because there are so many of us and one doctor there... But its worth the wait it so worth hanging in there the ladies are very loving and very sweet and i remember everyone that my siblings and i remember.. Jennifer, Joanna, Ericka, Maria, Gabby, and Angela. They are all so beautiful and so fun to talk to... I have to siblings that are always scared but they make them feel so much better and clam right before they go in... If i could i would go there everyday.... I would... I love going there and hanging out with the ladies... So i recommend this place out for anyone especially for teens.. And little kids because the dentist doctor yo he amazing with kids he trys to calm them down.. He talks to them every way letting them everything okay... And that there Nothing to be afraid of... And even if the bigger ones get scared one of the ladies that i named will be there for them and let them hold their hands... They will make anyone feel safe... I say this is the best place to ever be... Because they will make us feel safe, welcomed and know how to have the best moments... This is the dentist that everyone should go to.... It may take a long time but its worth it.... Hope yall enjoy reading this ladies... Yall are the best cant wait to see yall again... (:

We have been here three times for my preschool age child. The first two times went well. She was too young for x-rays then. At 4, she had to have her first set of x-rays. The technicians were rough with her for the x-rays. Then, the dentist wanted to count her teeth with the handheld mirror that was too large to fit in my childs mouth. Cant you count a kids teeth using the x-rays?!?! My daughter was scared and didnt want to open her mouth. I held her so the dentist could look. They made her lay with her head in the dentists lap and the hygienist held her head extremely tightly just so the dentist could count her teeth. They wouldnt let her sit up to brush her teeth and continued to hold her head down. I got angry about it. They also charged me for a full-fledged cleaning, exam, and x-rays, but all they did was the x-rays and brushed her teeth plus brushed fluoride on them. When I asked the front office why they charged me for a full cleaning, they said they didnt. When we went there 6 months prior, the exam and fluoride/brushing was only $55 but suddenly is is $85?!?! I was so angry they treated my child like an animal and then overcharged me. On the way out, the office manager asked if everything was okay. Are you kidding me?!?! Of course it isnt. I will NEVER do business with them again. If the red marks on my childs temples turn to bruises I will file a complaint with the Texas Department of Dental Examiners and possibly sue.

This was the worst Dentist Ive ever come across, he is does NOT posses a chair-side manner what so ever. The 1st visit I made took 2+hrs to complete a simple cleaning, checkout, and X-rays. I made a follow-up appointment 6months later thinking that the service would get better; this was a mistake the 2nd appointment was much worse!!! Instead of a cleaning I got another set of X-rays & an inadequate dental consultation. I was then informed that he could not do my cleaning because he had another patient that was more pressing, I was told to reschedule my appointment. Dont even think they wont charge for partial service...Smdh Do your-self a favor if you require service thats: Fast Courteous Consciousness DONT GO HERE!!!!! Im not sure what the issue is: A lack of Hygienist on staff A lack Dental equipment for multiple patients A lack of caring But.... the good news is they have TVs in every room allowing you to wait & watch.

I took my 1 year old daughter here for her check up -- even though I had to wait about 15 minutes or so I had a good overall experience. They had Disney movies playing, it was nice and quiet, and the ladies at the front were very nice and respectful. The dentist who actually took care of my daughter that day was very fast and efficient, which is what I really need since I always schedule my daughters appointments all on the same day. It was obvious that she knew what she was doing - So besides the wait - I liked it. I did not find it to be ghetto as the below review stated. It might not be one of the most fancy places Ive been to -- but it was still nice. :)

My kids have been coming here for their whole life. Staff is really friendly. My son was very scared of the idea of going to the dentist. He was screaming and crying and the dentist here, I dont know his name, made my sonfeel comfortable and calmed him down for his check up. Yesterday when we went, their computers went down to get xrays and the dentist and staff all informed me what was taking so long. They got it fixed and we were in and out. Other than this time, Ive never down more than an hour in the office for a checkup.

I am fairly new to All Smiles Dental and so far we have had good experiences. The staff is friendly and according to my children gentle as well. My son dreaded going to the dentist but he says they treat him well and now has no problem when we have a dentist appt. Although I do agree having a basket full of toys or books would be a good idea. None the less, they do have a good size television playing children movies which does entertain. I am happy with All Smiles Dental and will continue my services with them.

I drove to my appointment 15 minutes early, filled out all my paperwork and let my information be documented then only to be told by the lady at the front desk "can you come back later? Our machine isnt working." She said I would get a call when to come back mind you this was Thursday morning and now its Saturday night and I still havent heard back from them. What a terrible way to treat a new customer! I wont be going back. This is completely unacceptable."

Ive been taking my kids here for almost 2 yrs Now, and I couldnt imagine taking them anywhere else. They always call to verify my appt. (which Im bad at forgetting things). The staff remembers all of us! The dentist is awesome! He really stresses his concerns to my oldest and just adores my youngest. Love this place!! Thanks yall for all the hard work yall do! :)
