My experience at Aspen was by far the best experience Ive ever had at any dentist. I will only use Aspen in the future, and I will recommend them to any one of my family or friends that need to get work done. It had been years since Id been to the dentist, and I was starting to feel pain in my bottom right tooth. I was reluctant to go to the dentist, because I have a slight fear of the drilling. I also hadnt gone because I fear the dentist and hygienist will look at me like a slum that doesnt take care of my teeth. ( I do brush twice a day.) and floss daily... well weekly.. well, maybe monthly :/. This office is just right up the road from my work. I went there on my lunch break to check it out. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk. I explained my problem and told her that I didnt have much time. In just a few minutes. I was ushered to the X-ray room where I got all my X-rays in just a few short minutes. Then, the X-ray tech brought me back to the dental chair to wait for the doctor too give me an exam. This waiting is the part that Id feared the most. I was on my lunch break and was worried Id be stuck back there waiting and would arrive late back to work. The doctor was at my chair before Emeril even had a chance to say Bamm! (Yes!, flat screen TVs in every room.) Dr. Hagan introduced her self and was prompt to get started. What a giant difference from my past experiences, She was friendly, and very professional. I was so used to my old heavy handed dentist with enormous hands that were attached to arms that seemed to have more hair than youre average orangoutang. Dr. Hagan reviewed my X-rays, and probed around my mouth for a few minutes while her assistant took notes. She quickly found the problem that was making my tooth hurt. It was a cavity (as I suspected). While she was doing her exam she found a few other cavities, and explained that soon enough these will be hurting me as well. She wrapped up the exam in a few minutes, and the dental assistant walked me to the front of the office. This is where I met Cara. Amazingly, Cara already had all of the information from the exam. She went over all of the work I would need done in order for me to be in tip top dental health. I just got my car back from the transmission shop where they hit me pretty hard. I explained to Cara that I was only planning on taking care of that one tooth with the pain, and would just have to wait for the other ones. Just like the other ladies in the office Cara was here to help! She explained that much of what I needed was covered by my insurance. Then she told me about care credit that would cover the rest. I didnt think my credit was good enough, but I figured Id give it a shot. It actually went through without a hitch. I was so relieved, that Id finally be able to get all my dental needs done, and get rid of the pain. It was getting down to the wire for my lunch break and had to get going in a hurry, but I still had to schedule my appointment. I had a quick chat with Zoe in the front office. She was amazingly helpful, and quickly worked to scheduled my appointment for the fillings. I wasnt going to be able to take a day off till the next week for the cavities. So we worked together to find what day was going to be best. While searching she found an opening for the next day, where she said she could get my cleaning done during my lunch break. I figured itd be tight, but I went for it. Zoe seemed so professional and fast she must have been the manager or something, I dont know.. They all just seemed to work so well together. The next day.. They promptly brought me back to get started for my cleaning. This is when I met my new hygienist Katelyn. I explained that I was on my break, and that I didnt have much time. She was super friendly and understanding and got started right away. Katelyn was extremely gentle, and very thorough. She explained that Id need to focus on a few things at home to stay healthy. Overall the cleaning was a breeze. Katelyn was professional, and cute. I look forward to my next cleaning.

I loved the staff and everybody was so energetic. I did however wait in the waiting room due to the doctor being behind, but I was ok with it. Everyone in the front was so sweet, laughing and energetic and new almost all the patients by names. I tend to people watch and I did notice a blonde lady with a very baby voice talk to her employees like they were beneath her. She tended to walk around and not interact with the patients, and when she did it was extremely fake. I figured she was the manger because all she did was sit in the back office with the door open in her cell phone while everyone around her busted their butts. I say this, because a few times during my treatment planning the girl named christina had to ask a few questions but everytime she did this girl, i figured out her name was Ashley kept brushing her off or giving her short answers. I honestly wanted to walk in and ask her if this was how she hr regularly treated her patients, because it was rude. Excluding ashley, all the staff was amazing. The doctor was so thorough and thoughful and made me comfortable. I would say that manager wise, the staff should be treated better and accordingly.

Horrible Customer Service! Got up and left before my first initial appointment. My appointment was at 2pm. We arrived 20 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. When we arrived there was no receptionist at the front desk. After waiting for over 20 minutes my wife saw someone In the back and asked her if we could get our paperwork to start filling out. She said "I dont work at the front desk she is at Lunch!" Meanwhile there is a room full of frustrated waiting patients and we can see a girl eating spaghetti on the back room with the door open and she clearly saw us the whole time and didnt bother to let anyone know we were there waiting. Finally 10 minutes later the receptionist showed up and never greeted us. At this point it was 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. We chose to get up and leave because of the lack of service we were given. We are finding a new dentist and will not be recommending Aspen Dental to Anyone!!

I have been looking for a new Dental office for a while, and I have been calling around to see which offices in the area accept my dental insurance. I spoke with a lady on the phone named Erica, and she took the time to verify that this office accepted my insurance. Erica was kind enough to talk me through of what I needed to bring to start as a new patient, and what to expect during a standard teeth cleaning. I really wish more people had proper phone conversation etiquette liked Erica did. If everyone in the office is as nice and professional as Erica this office will be my new Dental office of choice.
