I want to give my review of my dentist Dr. John Gallegos and his assistant Cassie and all of the team at 7 to 7 Orthodontics. Seven to seven Orthodontics has one of the best dental teams I have ever had the experience to know. Just to share a little of my experience with this team; on my first visit the front desk staff in general was very polite and took care of me right away. I explained to them that I had a very bad experience at my previous dentist and it has taken me a year and half to get the courage to seek out a new provider. I needed extensive repair work and I wanted a good experienced doctor that didn’t solve everything by pulling all my teeth out. I was appointed to Dr. John Gallegos. I couldn’t help observing how much Dr. Gallegos enjoys his work. He is very gentle and explains very thoroughly what he is going to do. He stops immediately when I tell him I am uncomfortable. His assistant Cassie was very attentive and was truly in tune with the Doctor and both made me feel very comfortable. I had a root canal and left out of there smiling; I asked them if they gave me laughing gas because I really felt that good. It was somewhat painful but not what I expected; he made sure that I didn’t feel anything. And No; laughing gas was not used. I’ve been there three times within the last couple of months and I am extremely happy to have found them. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends and anyone out there looking for a good dedicated dental team. From the Hygienist, Katie, to Brian who helped with filing the second insurance claim; really to all; I can’t remember all of their names; they have been wonderful. I know going to the dentist is something that most people dread, but at 7 to 7 that wont be the case. From the time you walk in the staff is friendly and polite. The waiting room feels like you are hanging out at your friends living room. No uncomfortable chairs here! Once you get to the back, youll notice the TV in the corner of each patient room. They changed the channel to ESPN for me. What really threw me for a loop is when I had to tilt my head up for one of the xrays, BAM, a TV in the ceiling!?!? Once my comfy exam chair recline to start my cleaning, I just watched the ceiling TV. That made the time just fly by! The doctor and the staff were super helpful and answered any questions I had. There didnt seem to be any judging on my lack of flossing, or my smokeless tobacco use. The place stays open late which makes going after work and not having to burn up PTO from work a breeze. It is kinda strange to say, but I am really looking forward to my next visit to the dentist in 6 months. I really cant say enough good things about this place! Make an appointment here, you will not regret it!

I had a real bad toothache on a Sunday and this is one of the few places that is opened on a Sunday. They were able to squeeze me in to be seen and were able to extract my infected tooth the same day although I was informed I may only be treated and given medication and may have to come back another day. For them to be able to do this all one day even though it was a Sunday was amazing. I was called the following day to see how I was doing. I also enjoyed how they communicated with me regarding charges for the services and because I overpaid they they also informed me about that and when to expect a refund. Not too many places will do that. I have since changed this place to be my regular place to go for my teeth cleanings and today I brought my kids for their initial visits as well. I really enjoy that they are open on the weekend. I hope to be a regular here for the long term. I enjoyed the great customer service from everyone there.

We hadnt been to our dentist in over a year and were looking for a new place, closer to where we live. After hearing such great things about this newly opened place, we stopped by to get the paperwork to fill out. We explained we were overdue for exams and cleanings. Surprisingly, they got us in that day! The hygienists have all the high tech equipment, they are very thorough yet gentle. The dentist, Dr Gentry, was also very professional and friendly. My husband needed crowns. They got a appointment for him within the next week. Also, if you pay up front for the services, they give you a discount! They also make appointments 6 months out, which my previous dentist office wouldnt. We received text and email reminders about our appointments! Love this place!

I hate the dental office as most people do, well this place is different! They make you feel very comfortable. I have never had to wait, and I have been late and still walk right in and right back with in 5 mins. The staff is super nice and the place is always clean. They have excellent customer care and are very knowledgeable. They offer TVs in every room two of them, one is on the wall and the other one is above you. The time they are open is great, and are always available on weekends. Highly recommend 7 to 7! Oh, they did my deep clean for free. The bill was like $600 but they do it for free, like numbed my mouth and cleaned, I have never had a cleaning like that. Defiantly felt and feels better knowing the gums and all are clean.

After having neglected my teeth for a few years due to extreme dental anxiety, it became necessary to have some dental work done. I chose 7 to 7 due to close proximity to my home. I will admit I had quite a bit of apprehension, however, after getting to the office I was met by the most wonderful staff and was promptly taken care of. In the treatment room I explained my fears and immediately realized that I was dealing with compassionate people. My first procedure and second procedure today were completely pain free. If you suffer from anxiety as I have these are the people to go to. You should too. I will completely trust this practice to my dental care.

I am terrified of the dentist & Kate Jones assured me that this would be an easy going experience. After 5+ years of not going to the dentist I showed up for a cleaning. It went very well & was told that I had 1 cavity to tale care of. They scheduled me in 3 days later to accommodate my schedule for work & I was in and out in less than an hour. Turn around time isnt even why Im leaving this review. This was the 1st time in my entire life I had a cavity filled with absolutely no pain at all. Thank you to everyone involved for making this an easy experience for me. I am a customer for life!!!

This is the best office I have ever been to. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a root canal done and they did an amazing job with it and the crown. The temp was in for 3 weeks, I had been out of town so I could not get in to have the permanent placed on. I have it now, I was there less then an hour for the crown to be put on. It feels great, I have had a few of these in my passed, non felt as normal as this one does. Nice people, TVs everywhere, what ever you want to watch and the sound is loud so you can hear it. Ill never go anywhere else.
