This is the worst dentist I have ever been to they are rude abrupt and dont seem to care at all if they are hurting you. Im not someone who has ever had a probably with a dentist before but this place is just horrible. I told the dentist I did not want any anesthesia for my crown, and I know this can be done because Ive had one crown done that way before. First, he ignored me then when I told him again right before he gave me the shot he said "oh well" and afterward tried to tell me it was impossible to do a crown without but honestly it was obvious he just didnt want to take the extra time required to do it without. Complete JERK avoid this place at all costs

Our family has been with Ridgepoint / Midwest Dental for over 15 years. We had tried several other dentists before but had not been happy with them. We have been very happy with Dr. Carron and Dr. Hodack. Plus, their staff is wonderful - and my oldest has Aspergers Syndrome, so can be a bit difficult sometimes. They always take the time to make sure he is comfortable, and they even let him read a book if he needs to. Weve always received the very best care at Midwest Dental, and I dont envision us moving on anytime soon.

Dr. Finlay and her wonderful staff have practically eliminated my fear of going to the dentist. Not only are they kind and patient with everyone who walks through their door, but also they take the time to really make sure you understand whats going on. I recently had fillings done here, and it was pretty much painless and way faster than I expected, I cannot stress enough the value of a good dentist and Dr. Finlay is the best I have found. I will be going back again in a couple weeks for more work.

They have been there in times of emergency by finding some way to get us in and to address the issue. They have kept us informed of our options and have never forced one on us. Changed dentists after 38 years. Not easy to start over. I was surprised to feel comfortable on the first visit. Already had a cleaning and several tiny cavites filled after having a 30 year old retainer removed. Dr Carron filled the cavities and all the small spots in what seemed about a half hour. No pain! I now have an excellent professional new dentist, hygienist and staff who are all wonderful, knowledgable and caring people.

Had cleanings done twice a year, and when I needed a root canal, I was referred to a highly qualified Endodontist. The doctors and staff are always pleasant and make you feel comfortable. I never had any issues with Midwest Dental and recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for a quality business.
