I had to wait 3 months to get appointments for my husband and I to establish as new patients. In the meantime my employer changed insurances. I confirmed that this office accepted the new plan. I was provided a temporary card. When I arrived to my appointment I presented my temp card and was turned away because I wasnt on their printed roster. They refused to even verify coverage, which only takes a single phone call. We each had 1 hour appointments so that would have given them sufficient amount of time. I work for a doctors office so I know how this all works. Their lack of concern for the fact that my husband has a possible abscess just proves to me that this is not the office for us.

I and my family as well as my in laws were looking for a new dentist in the area as our previous doctor retired and had nothing but great experiences here! Got me in early for emergency visits and have always been extremely professional and kind to my daughter. Highly recommended and highly skilled with all the state of the art equipment onsite. If your looking for a new dentist give them a shot. If your kid has 4 cavities at 11 of course he had a bad experience at the dentist lol. 5 stars highly recommended A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

My son had an appointment at Lake Hills Dentistry today and they refused to clean his teeth unless we approved other services as well. My insurance covers 100% for office visits and cleanings but unless we had the services they recommended, which were not covered, they would not do a simple cleaning. We will be taking our records and finding a new dentist tomorrow. This office has lost not only our family as patients, but also our recommendation to any of our friends in the area. Very disappointing experience!

Having recently moved to the area, I was in need of a new dentist. I decided to give Lake Hills Dentistry a try. I am sorry I ever did. They conveniently dont send you a reminder for an appointment (I have never had any doctor or dentist who failed to send a courtesy reminder), then hit you up for $60 for a missed appointment. In addition, their fees are exorbitantly high when compared to other dentists in the area. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere when in the need for a new dentist.

My wife took our 11 year old son for a chrckup. He had 4 cavities. My son said the dentist was rkugh. We took our son to another dentist that my parents use and were told that thrr were no cavities. I dont know if this was deliberate, but it would have been hard to prove after the drilling was done. Ill never go back to them again.

I have been in there 4 times and they still have not fixed my teeth. They kept trying to get me to go to an oral surgeon for a bridge when all I wanted was a tooth pulled. Now I have extreme pain and they cant see me for 2 days. If they would have just pulled this tooth 6 months ago Id be fine.

This place is outstanding. They are all extremely nice people who work here and the dentist I have is unbelievably good at what he does. I would recommend this place to anyone and or anybody looking for a great company and Dentist that I currently have had for quite some time now.
