I recently just started going to this dentist office after seeing how all age friendly the waiting room was and meeting some of the office staff. They found many issues wrong with work done from my previous dentist that were only a few months old and were very honest about it. Even told me to go back to my previous dentist and have them redo the work. I chose to allow Dr. Carlos and Dr. Dano to redo the work and am pleased with the work they have done so far. Dr. Dano was courteous enough to walk me though the steps i needed to take with my previous dentist to try and get my money returned to me for the poor service given to me from the other dentist. Even if i have paid a little more then i would have at the other dentist it is worth it. The staff is great and even when my 2 and 4 year old went for check ups they made them feel very comfortable and gave them a great experience. Such a great experience that my 4 year old keeps wanting to go back and even told my 12 year old "not to worry the dentist only tickles they are funny." And with my oldest needing braces Dr. Dano was honest and even told me that if my son doesnt want braces then he will not put them on him because the results wouldnt be the same and it would be a waist of my money. I couldnt be more pleased with the service i have already received and continue to receive and their honesty.

Hungry for your cash. Doesnt care if they charge other family members that also go to them. (Have a threatening voicemail from them on said family members phone.) Doesnt care if you have a medical condition that you need bed rest for, will harass you, and your family until youre riped out of bed for payment, even if they were notified of said condition and given a time where you would be able to pay. Will say that you were rude and even physically threatening them when no such turn of events even came close to happening. Will refuse your Right to Inspect and Copy any agreements and/or contracts. Yeah, I still havent been allowed to look at the very thing I signed. Do not go here. They do not care about you, or your family. Ask other dentists offices, they will not have good things to say about here. Every place Ive gone to since has said that theyre not surprised by their behavior when I explain my situation.

WATCH OUT! Dont be fooled by the nice office and friendly staff. Dr. Dano is just looking for your money! I had a root canal preformed about a year ago and was never told by Dr. Dano or his staff to comeback to "cap" the root canal. Wasnt until a recent visit with a new dentist (dental insurance changed) that I was told that the root canal performed by Dr. Dano isnt finished. I called Bull Valley Dentistry to confirm if there was a scheduled appointment after the main procedure and the woman on the phone said there was nothing on file! Not even a follow up! Why did I spend over a $1000 for a root canal procedure to find out later that the job wasnt even finished???? Avoid Bull Valley Dentistry and Dr. Dano at all costs.

Any bad reviews for this office are COMPLETELY false. This office operates with integrity and honesty. We have 5 people in my family that are all patients. I am EXTREMELY picky being from the service industry for over 20 years. I am the last person to start going here and am completely satisfied. Dr. Dano and he staff go above and beyond to make sure they take incredible care of their patients and their needs. Their office caters to every age level from their waiting rooms, to the infectious smiles from their staff. If you want a great recommendation for anything that you need related to dental services, this is the only place you need to go! Thanks again for everything to Dr. Dano and staff, you are a GREAT team!

Rude staff. Dr. Dano has poor "bed-side" manner. They also try to nickel-and-dime you. I received a bill almost 6 months after already paying everything in full. He almost ripped out my wrong filling due to a commumication error with his assistant then berrated his assistant in front of me. After being a patient for a year, they asked, "Which do you prefer to be called, Victoria or Vicky?" I said neither because my names Virginia. They then wrote Victoria on the appointment card. They always called to switch our appointments due to scheduling errors on their end. I finally had enough and told them we were leaving them as patients. Manager got upset and very snippy over the phone.

The office is really nice and some of the office staff are great. My hygenist was great too. I wasnt satisfied by the level of treatment though however. My husband had an appointment with Dr. Dano and he was supposed to see him, however at the last second the other Dr came in who my husband didnt like. It as because of insurance reasons. Some of the office staff are very forceful, I didnt care for that either. When I first went in for my appointment they wanted my credit card on file and I refused. Then she went back and forth on why they needed it with me. I told them no. Finally she gave up. Dr. Dano does know what he is doing, I just dont care for the treatment level in this office.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. They are scammers who will charge you an exorbitant amount for their services. Whether my daughter actually needed these services is even questionable. They took advantage of an 18-year-old patient who has no experience with such matters. There is no information on line or on the Bull Valley Dentistry site as to Dr. Danos credentials or where he went to school and he is not a member of the American Dental Association. I would question whether he really is even a dentist. We made a huge mistake going here when we could not get an appointment with her regular dentist. Dont make the same mistake we did.

Dr. Dano and his staff provided top notch care in treating my misaligned bite and TMJ issues. They were patient in waiting for me to start my treatment and presented us with an affordable payment plan that fit our budget. After a year of appointments, I could not be happier with the results. Every appointment was smooth and effortless. Even when I had small complaints about my orthodontics, they were able to fit me in the same day or the next day and did what was necessary to make sure that my teeth were getting into alignment and not interfering with my everyday activities.

I called and asked if they honor insurance company fee schedule. answer: YES so i make a appointment for 2 bring in my insurance policy with fee schedule and give it to them at check in. when all said and done routine check up after insurance im told that my bill is over $400.00 for 2. Only after complaining and bringing up the initial phone call they reduced to to $205.00. Overcharging above " THE USUAL AND CUSTOMARY" THIS IS BAD I would NOT recommend going there. The reviews about overcharging are correct.
