Rescheduled me twice after cancelling on me and then I finally got a date for 10/12/2016 at 2pm, which was over a month away at the time. I move around my schedule to accommodate them, (why I have no idea) show up 15 min early and they dont even have me scheduled. Then have the audacity to ask me to come in Nov 9th which is just about a month away. Whats wrong with these people? Ill tell you whats wrong, I have state insurance and they are full of medical bias, moving my time constantly because they know my insurance wont pay them right away. Not to mention, Carl just called me on my phone and was completely rude right off the bat I quote " Hey Ryan I heard what happened...whats the Problem man?" in a very derogatory and condescending tone. The guy wouldnt even let me explain before constantly cutting me off. How completely unprofessional and rude this place is, even the facility alone looks like a hole in the wall. Thank god his "office manager" "accidentally" lost my appointment, who knows what would have happened. If you can avoid this place with dear life if you value respect and to be treated with care.

I had terrible experience with Dr. Domenella. I went to him for a sore tooth and he pulled the wrong one ! He then told me that the next tooth needed a root canal. Well... one root canal led to another, and when they failed, I lost 3 teeth adjacent to the one he pulled. My next dentist took xrays, and found a drill bit broken off under the first root canal that Dr. Domenella did. Thats what caused the repeated infections that in a short time, destroyed the next two teeth. I believe Domenella is totally incompetent. When I called to cancel my last appointment, he actually took the phone from his receptionist and began to yell at, and berate me. Hes totally unprofessional in every respect. If you even dream that youre in Domenellas chair, wake up, and run like hell !

This dentist really cares about people I saw doctor Mayer and he fixed my front tooth. It was a filling that I had done by previous dentist not only did he fix it he made it look just wonderful I couldnt have asked for anything better. Thank you so much To the doc and the staff you guy Rock :)

Dr. Domenella is an awesome doc!! He pulled my wisdom teeth and my pain was manageable with no dry sockets
