As a patient who has a huge fear of the dentist-I have to say Im really glad I made the choice to come to Boulder Hill Dental for my work. I was greeted with a smile when I came in and everyone was real nice and happy. When I was brought back to the room, the gentleman in the back was extremely nice-he made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my hygienist, Jennifer, to come in. When Jennifer came in she made the experience very personable-she introduced herself-asked how my day was going and was friendly in all aspects and made sure to explain what she was doing so I wasnt left out of the loop. After a cleaning, Dr. Commean came in to do my exam and was very informative on what would be best moving forward with the recommended TX. At checkout the lady was able to explain everything to me-breakdown my treatment plan for me and made it clear what I would be looking at as far as coverage would go... Overall experience was an A+ in my book. Will be returning to the office and referring friends and family there as well!

I came here with a family member last week and I would like to share our experience. The ladies in front were so welcoming. The two with glasses were so informative. The care from the male doctor was outstanding. My family member was given a full breakdown of her recommended treatment and an outline of what to expect cost wise. The only negative and why I did not give this office 5 stars is because of the female doctor working. I walked back to the washroom and heard her talking very rudely to her employees. I walked by her office to go to my family members room and the way she talked to a male staff member was very alarming. This turned me off quickly. My family member will be returning for treatment, and I will accompany her, but we hope for a better atmosphere. We were referred by a friend that is a loyal patient to this office, he said the turnover is very high but the care is top notch. I understand the high turnover. And I dont doubt the care is outstanding, but the upper management is poor.

I recently switched dentists since I moved and Boulder Hill dental is absolutely GREAT! From the first time you call to make an appointment to the when you walk out the door everyone in the office is so great to work with. Joy is always very helpful with setting up appointments and even went above and beyond with her customer service with me. Dr. Commean is absolutely wonderful. Hes great at thoroughly explaining everything is has been great to work with. I am so glad that I have started to coming to Boulder Hill Dental!!

I moved to Oswego recently and was looking for a new dentist. I could not be happier with my decision to go to Boulder Hill Dental! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how quickly they sat me as well, not like other offices Ive been to! My Hygienist Jennifer was professional and did a great job on my cleaning. I saw Dr. Commean who was very nice, made me feel comfortable and explained very clearly what treatment was needed. Well done, Boulder Hill Dental! See you again very soon!

Dr Commean and Dr Raval are simply the best! And the staff is just as great! As soon as you walk in the door you have a "feels like home" feeling. Both doctors are amazing with their patients and make each patient feel just as important as the next, taking their time with everyone. If you want a talented doctor, knowledgeable staff and a relaxing comfortable setting, this is the place!

Commean is the man who worked on me. He administered the most painful novacaine shot I have ever experienced. He shot me in the corner of my mouth and it felt like he went through my tongue. He told me I had 2 cavities then billed me for 3. He did a filling on a back tooth and its so tight I cant floss between it. Guys a hack and misleading.

I came to this office because I was told by a friend that they are excellent. And they were right!! I have never seen an office so welcoming than Boulder Hill Dental. I do not like people in my mouth but they made the experience a smooth one. I have sent most of my family and friends here and we are all happy to be patients of Dr. Commean and Dr. Raval.

Boulder hill dental is awesome! We will never go anywhere else. The staff are great. They go out of their way to help you and arrange things to meet your schedule. My daughter recently broke a tooth and they stayed late to help us in our urgent situation. I am thankful for having a dentist that my daughter has always been excited to go to. Thankyou!

Best dentist office ever !!!! Doctors are amazing. Hygienist are amazing & receptionist are very welcoming ! This office feels like home. Never seen such a beautiful office like this one. Its not often I would take time out to give a review of my dentist. But everyone at Boulder Hill Dental is friendly. I dont despise going for my cleaning appointments nearly as much since I starting going to BH about 5 years ago. They are also very prompt when it comes to starting the scheduled appointment on time.
