As I stated earlier, everything was perfect here, and the Dentist was just great, as in worries ! I had to leave my other dentist because of the distance, and could not drive this distance anymore, so I decided on this new place in Oswego. I had my teeth cleaned last month, and yesterday, I had the first of two crowns dental work done. I was a bit nervous, but this feeling left after about 5 minutes, as my new Dentist came in and his assistant went over a few things. I then felt relaxed and my fear was for nothing. This was a good thing, as when it comes to anything with my mouth, I get nervous when the dentist has to start looking... But everything was great, went great, and in less time than I was told, and they got me started 10 minutes before my stated appt. This was very conv. for me, as I had other things to do this day. Now for my new crown to come back, and then to get my second crown done. They even worked with me on the bill paying, and gave me a discount, which they did not have to do, and gave my wife a nice discount, being we had only basic dental, and none covered services we both had done. This was so huge for us, since I am not working, and my wife is only getting full time once in awhile. Who does this for anyone anymore. Very, Very, Happy, as you can see...

My husband chose to go to this dentist when we moved in the area. He saw the great reviews and decided to give it a shot. He had a consultation with the doctor and was only told he would be responsible for X amount of dollars for everything Everything went well on the day of his cleaning and he was happy with his experience. That was until we got the bill. They had billed for something they hadnt told my husband he was getting done. This made it so that his insurance didnt cover any of it. So not only did we have to pay around $120 the day of service but we had to pay $400 in addition to this due to their error. And they werent willing to try and fix the problem. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone. Ever! They have proven to be a sneaky business that is unwilling to help in any way. Save your money and your time and take your business elsewhere.

Dr. John Gaspard is extremely kind and gentle with my children. They are 6-1/2 and 4-1/2, currently, but weve been going there since they were around 4 and 2, I believe. My daughter in particular is pretty shy and skittish of doctors, but she is completely fine with him - so, to me, that says a lot. My husband is not too fond of going to the dentist as well, but he really likes Dr. Gaspard, too. For me, I like him a lot, and the staff is always very kind and helpful, and its easy to check in and out. I have never had any problems with billing or appointments. Plus, I love that they have a cute play area and his bathroom actually has a changing table! That is a HUGE plus when you have little ones in diapers!

If you are in need of a wonderful and knowledgeable dentist, then you need to visit Orchard Crossing Family Dentistry. Dr. Gaspard is such a great dentist.He has seen my husband for treatment previously, and he saw me today for a filling.Dr. Gaspard explained exactly everything to me before he started with treatment and was so gentle during the procedure. The appointment went nice and smooth and the whole staff is so personable and treat you like family. Office environment is so calming and relaxing and even has a section for kids which is a plus! Highly recommend Dr Gaspard to all of my family and friends! If you want great work , then this is the doctor to see. Excellent experience every time we see him.

I have been a patient for many years and was very happy with the service I received (So much so I drove over an hour for appointments). That was until today, when I was running late for an appointment I called to ask if it was okay to arrive 10-15 minutes late and explained I was cpming from gar away. I was assured it was no problem by the doctor; however when I showed up I was told they would only do the x-rays today and I would need to make a new appointment for the cleaning. I informed the women at the desk of my conversation and was told there was no time. Extremely poor organization and communication skills as well as customer service. I would recommend another place.

I moved from Texas to Illinois so had to change dentists. I have never been to a dental office that had the best staff, so clean, organized on top of everything. I NEVER have to wait when I go in, less than a minute or 2 if that. Dr. Gaspard is awesome, gentle when numbing your mouth, does what needs to be done and its over before you know it! The office is beautiful and I have no family and so have to bring my little one in always. The staff lets him sit in the front and keeps an eye on him while Im getting my dental work done. I cant say enough good things about their practice, Im definitely a fan and will continue to be as long as I live here!

First time to the dentist in about 11 years. The hygienist was very nice and personable. She didn’t make me feel bad or uneasy about not seeing a dentist in such a long time. She explained how bad my mouth was and what it was going to take to fix it including the costs associated. I never felt pressured into doing the work which I really appreciate. She was very gentle and continuously made sure I wasn’t in pain. Dr. Gaspard was very personable and made me feel comfortable. He explained what I really need to have done as soon as possible and what could wait for a little while if needed.

Dr. Gaspard is a fabulous dentist. My family and I have been going to see Dr. Gaspard for almost five years. Every other dental experiences Ive had previously were filled with anxiety. I dont have that with Dr. Gaspard. He is understanding of my anxiety, and is incredibly gentle during his care. I also love his office staff, as they are attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gaspard to anyone who is looking for a dentist, especially one who always puts his patients needs first. Its a comfort to know that Ive found a dentist to care for me and my family for years to come!

Dr. Gaspard and Team are wonderful! Dr. Gaspard makes YOU a priority, My husband and I have been going to Dr. Gaspard for a few years. Our dentist of many years was retiring, so we had to find a new dentist. It made us nervous to go to someone new, but luckily we found Dr. Gaspard and team! They all made us feel welcome and comfortable from the first call to set us up as new patients. Dr. Gaspard takes his time to explain everything, he is very knowledgeable, professional and very kind!
