Ive only been in once but I can tell theyre all good people. Dr. Tannenbaum gave me real advice about my teeth and stuff that didnt make me feel like I was just a money sign to them. My teeth got cleaned and I even need a deep cleaning under my gums which we were going to schedule an a different day but they hygienist actually had time to take care of it that day due to a cancellation or something so we got it all done! I wish I remembered her name because she was also very sweet and gave me some great tips about using a water pik with flossing. I felt like such a dork because I forgot my insurance card but reception took care of all that for me so everything was super hassle free. The reason I had forgotten my insurance card was because I had just lost my wallet that morning. I brought $60 in cash which I happened to have in my dresser and so when it came time to pay my bill, even though I was $10 short, they didnt treat me like I was trying to tip them off. They totally understood and the whole value of service was just outstanding. After I got my card in the mail, I called the office to make the payment and Tina was just a delight over the phone. She helped me make my next appointment and she even helped me with some other insurance stuff because I also needed a referral for my wisdom teeth to be removed. Like I said, Ive only been there once but the reason I went was because Grand Dentistry in Gurnee had really disappointed me after two visits and so Im just really overall pleased with Boone Creek. Theyve given me faith in dentistry again and for that I will always be thankful!

The office is small, old, and frankly doesnt feel clean. The staff is friendly and the dentists seem knowledgeable. Have only had cleanings done to date, no major work. Best in the area that would take our DHMO. As a result we changed to a PPO and will be selecting a new dentist.

Staff are kind and helpful, if sometimes a little rushed. Office is small but neat and clean. Maybe not the fanciest place in town but no complaints, will be there again in 6 months!

Wife was treated very very poorly by the front desk. No reason to speak down to people. Would highly recommend to seek another dentist office for work.

Front desk staff is quite rough for fronting a business. Place is small and cramped, but clean. Dentist very nice though!
