This is, without a doubt, the best dental office I have ever been to! Dr. Rybicki is truly the most wonderful dentist that I have ever visited for so many reasons! After being told back in 2009 at another office that I had an obscene amount of dental work that needed to be done I went back and forth from one dental office to another after being dissatisfied over and over. (I visited probably 6 different offices in a 5 year span.) Each time at other offices I would go for the initial cleaning/exam and be embarrassed, treated poorly by staff and after being told, of course, that I had too much work for my insurance to cover I would feel pressured and scared that my teeth were at some point going to fall out of my face unless I continued treatments immediately with them and paid out of pocket or took out a hefty loan, which I couldnt get approved for anyway. I would get a few cavities filled or none at all and then wouldnt go back. My first visit to Spring Grove dental was in 2013 after my Mom recommended them to me. (My whole family goes here) I didnt have insurance at the time. Dr. Rybicki and his staff still treated me as a valued patient and most of all did not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my teeth or my past dental neglect. The ladies at the front desk are kind and considerate. They make it easy to schedule an appointment and remember you by name. The hygienists are skilled and do a fabulous job and most of all Dr. Rybicki is gentle, caring and listens to all of your concerns. He makes the best recommendations based on truth and honesty. (As a side note, hes also very funny, easygoing and they have great music. Its a very relaxed and comfortable environment.) I never felt pressured or scared. In fact, after reviewing my overall mouth health and x-rays the first time I recall he said that it was "no big deal!" :) Even though I knew I had a lot of work ahead, he still put me at ease. Getting a filling at this office is literally painless (for me at least) and Dr. Rybicki is so quick and efficient and does fantastic work. Ive never had pain after leaving his office. He also explains everything as he is doing it and lets you ask questions so you are ready for what is coming. For about a year I paid all cash over a number of appointments and each time Dr. and his staff helped me in any way they could to get the most important work done first and not worry. Recently, I got insurance again through my job which allowed me to finally finish out my treatments, including the placement of 4 crowns of my front top teeth. Dr. Rybicki did fantastic work on the crowns and I had little to no pain during the whole 5 hour process. (They make the crowns in the office which is really neat to watch!) The crowns I received are absolutely perfect and have changed my smile, the shape of my face and truthfully my life because I am now proud to smile and show everyone my pretty teeth. I have gotten so many compliments on how natural they are and how perfect my teeth look and have gained so much confidence! Its amazing what a healthy beautiful smile can do! I would recommend Dr. Rybicki to everyone especially someone who has been searching for a great dentist for a long time! Im so happy that I now have healthy teeth and have found a dentist where I will be a patient for life!

I would give zero stars if possible. My husband had a cleaning appt. back in October 2015, and they billed the wrong insurance. They kept sending invoices, and every time I called in, they assured me this would be taken care of. Its now May 2017 and this issue still has not been resolved. The office people clearly dont know what they arent doing. The dentist and hygienist are actually very nice, but we will not be returning because of the incompetent office staff. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place!!!

This doctor is at the top of his game with the latest technology. He put my two dental implants in and it was virtually painless. He has a great team assisting him and I feel very confident that I made the right choice in selecting him. He is honest and has a great personality. He is so talented and can do all of the work in his office. I highly recommend this doctors office.
