Probably the worst experience Ive ever had ata Doctors office. I was a new patient due toinsurance change. Her office staff hung up on me the day before the apt. Then at the apt I was waiting for about 15 min and while i asked how long would-be be. I got snapped at by the clerk telling me I told you yest you wouldnt be out of here at 1:45. That Id not what tge phone clerk said and I tild her that. What should have been no big deal turned into the office clerks whisoering and laughibg at ne. I told the girl when she finally took ne in I didnt like her hanging uo on me the day before as well It hurt to see them laughing at me at the counter. I didvsay its too bad when the hured help ruins a patient doctir exoerienxe as II was getting angry at that pount. This girl dlammed down her chart and said I refuse to deal with you. Doc came in and informed me she will nit be seeing ne ad her staff was not laughing at ne and I called them hired help. It apprears hervstaff told herlabout the experience. So I left in shock. If you want a bad experience or to be treated lije a bum. Go here. That Doctor should have looked at tape if she had it or atleast listened to ne. lThis whole thing was redicilius and im still in shock. My ins was on the phone lusten u ng to it and they are filing a formal cimplaunt

I was given a handicap plaque from my doc in Texas, moved here and chose this doctor. She received my medical records but said she hadnt and couldnt find a reason to sign the paper to get my plaquard. There are multiple reasons she could have used but based on the 2 visits she had with me and my pain level was at a low she was opinionated and unprofessional as a doctor. She lied saying Illinois only gives plaquard for 1 year which is wrong. I showed her my receipt from Texas and she still denied me even though it was a permanent plaquard. I asked if I need to come in on my worst days crawling for her to see for herself since medical records werent enough, she shrugged her shoulders with a smirk on her face. Im disabled by the state of Texas but thats not the way she sees it so she can take her God complex and answer to him for her evil ways.

This doctor is a quack and may just injure you like she did to my mother and my father. She should have her license revoked and not be allowed to practice anymore. Dr. Mackie, do us all a favor and GO AWAY!

Fantastic doctor, absolutely love her. The staff is always extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I drive from Elgin to see this doc because I love the care I receive.
