I Hate to give negative reviews but since I saw there were other unhappy patients I feel this is what reviews are for. I waited 10 days to be seen. The Dr. Mason was cold and dismissive and never got closer than 2 feet of me. I only had an allergic reaction around my eye, not serious. I can tell you it was extremely uncomfortable and had been for weeks. I was really looking forward to getting some medicine to give me some relief. I left my late afternoon appointment and arrived at my pharmacy to find no one called in my prescription. When I called friday morning Epiphany was closed for the weekend. I left a message, no one called me back. Today is 4 business days later, I had to call them back.

BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE. YES, I HAVE PROOF OF ALL PAYMENTS TOO... I wouldnt give them even 1 star, if I could help it. I paid $168.00 OVER the original amount of service! My Insurance also paid them. I paid the office again but some how I was still turned into collection. CBHV is the agency decided we still owed 58$ for fees for being turned over to them! (repeat I was paid in full all ready) Epiphany would not, still hasnt return our calls. They are always either closed or not available. Who cares what the doctors are like if they are going to let their staff extort money from patients

I waited a long time for an appointment but then the doctor really made me feel very talked down to. I am used to cosmetic dermatology and was looking to discuss aging skin needs and cosmetic dermatology procedures and he told me to " go find a good moisturizer that works for you". Really? Not even a sugestion of one.... I feel like I didnt need to pay a doc to tell me THAT as my solution to what I see to be a more complex issue. I gave up trying to discuss it with him and will be looking for a doctor more similar to what I am used to. Waste of money.

We went for pediatric dermatology care. Everytime we go the wait is very long. This last time was 30 minutes past the appointment time. I asked the doctor about another skin condition on my child and the doctor immediately made a face at the nurse and the nurse smerked. I got the impression the doctor was bothered by me asking them to look at the other rash on my child. I feel rushed when we are there. They arent fixing the problem. Just wasting our time and money. Also the lady at the front desk was rude. They always short and not very cordial.
