I had a Mohr surgery with Dr. He seemed experienced on the surgery part, but his office did not give me any estimate of the cost and I ended up paying a lot o money for a 20 minutes operation in the office (Surgery). I think they can give a rough estimate since they are the one billing the insurance company and they know, but I was not given a right estimate when I asked.
