Whats the point in seeing the ENT Dr. if all they will do is tell you the same thing your Family doctor is telling you... why wait 2hrs for only 2-3 min of this Drs reasoning and doesnt even check or try to find out why you may be having issues with your ears. All he says is to keep them dry. Lol!!! And then leave and pay them a great amount of money. There is more to this than what Im saying. I will never EVER recommend anyone to see this place or Doctors!! What a waste of precious time and money!! The funny thing is that the doctor asks the nurses or employees first what is going on with the patients first...has them doing all the groundwork and only goes by what is told to him by them instead of the patients. I tell you "dont waste your time and money".

The girls in the front office need more training on customer service. I drove from Brownsville just to pick up a hospital order and I advised the front office and the girl told me to take a seat. Didnt even ask me about the DOB. Ive worked in Doctors Offices before so I know to be patients but Im also here just for an order that shouldve been ready. I waited 10 minutes and asked again, the same girl totally forgot that I was here and I had to explain to her again that I was only here for a hospital order.. she sent me to talk to someone else in front office.

I would give less than one star if I could. Had a appointment and waited for 1 hour. I saw the dr for less than 2 minutes and was charged $150 co-pay. I need a biopsy on my thyroid and this drs office schedules without my permission in a hospital that is not in my network. They wont return phone calls ever. The nurse I need to speak to evidently takes 4 hour lunches or is always between offices. Fed up not going back and if you are smart you wont go at all

I had a terbanite reduction surgery and it went very well. The staff and nurses are very friendly. Dr. Write is very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I did not have to wait long on the day of my appointment and the procedure takes less than 30 minutes. If anyone has breathing problems I would look into getting an appointment with Dr. Write

Called to confirm my appointment and when I show they tell me the doctor is gone.. I told them I drove all the way from McAllen but they pretty much brushed me aside. Horrible experience and service.. dont waste your time going here it sucks

I get notified of appointments the day of. I also noticed that receptions didnt check us in as soon as we got there but an hour later so we waited 2 hours after our scheduled appointment.
